انضم إلى شركة Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) كأخصائي مبيعات طبية (مدير منطقة) في منطقة مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات الفصلية والسنوية في المنطقة المخصصة، مع التركيز على زيادة مبيعات منتجات التعقيم والتطهير المبتكرة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • زيارة العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين في القطاعين الخاص والحكومي.
  • أداء جميع أنشطة المبيعات الهاتفية بما في ذلك تحديد المواعيد لأنشطة المبيعات الميدانية.
  • بيع جودة المنتجات، خلق الاحتياجات، إثبات تفوق المنتج، إدارة الطلبات وأي شكل آخر من أشكال الشراء، والتحقق من استخدام المنتج بالطريقة الأنسب.
  • العمل مع زملاء المبيعات الميدانية لتحديد جهات الاتصال الرئيسية التي تمتلك منتجاتنا عالية الجودة.
  • كونك نقطة الاتصال الأولى للمعلومات التجارية (بريد إلكتروني وهاتف).
  • العمل عن كثب مع إدارة المبيعات على فرص المناقصات والعقود لضمان تلبية المنتجات لاحتياجات العملاء مع تحقيق الأهداف الإقليمية.
  • المسؤول عن الأنشطة التدريبية المهنية للمهنيين الصحيين لتطوير المعرفة بالمنتجات والممارسات الجيدة في القطاع المرجعي.
  • متابعة العملاء بعد التدريب المهني لفهم فعالية الأنشطة المنفذة وأثرها على مستوى نمو المبيعات.
  • تحقيق أقصى كفاءة: تحليل وضع كل مستشفى بناءً على الظروف الفردية، تحديد الأشخاص ذوي سلطة اتخاذ القرار أو التأثير فيه، واستكشاف السوق بشكل مستمر للبحث عن عملاء جدد.
  • تخطيط جدول العمل اليومي وحجز المواعيد مسبقًا لتجنب إضاعة الوقت، وإعداد جميع التقارير وتقديم أي معلومات مفيدة.
  • تحقيق هدف المبيعات الفصلي والسنوي في المنطقة المخصصة.
  • أداء مهام أخرى ذات صلة حسب تكليف الإدارة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المبيعات الطبية.
  • خبرة في التعامل مع هيئة الشراء الموحد (NUPCO) مع فهم قوي لسير عملهم وعملياتهم وديناميكياتهم.
  • يفضل وجود خبرة في مجال مكافحة العدوى.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير بيانات الأعمال.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (لغة العمل).
  • مبادرة ورغبة قوية في الترويج لعلامة ASP التجارية.
  • مهارات استثنائية في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل والكتابة للتفاعل مع العملاء والموظفين والإدارة، مع القدرة على توقع المشكلات وحلها.
  • القدرة على التفاعل مع مجموعة متنوعة من الأشخاص على جميع المستويات داخليًا وخارجيًا.
  • القدرة على توصيل المعلومات التقنية لتعزيز فرص البيع مع العملاء.

As the Medical Sales Specialist- Saudi Arabia (Territory Manager), you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding the quarterly and the annual sales target in the assigned region. You will work on increasing the sales of the products of the division to which it belongs effectively and concisely, in accordance with the policies established by the Company. You will also guarantee the formulation of the turnover, product mix and profit objectives of the customers of the territory, which will be formulated on the basis of the national objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Visit acquired and potential customers: Private & Government sectors.
  • Performs all tele sales activities (including but not limited appointment setting for the Field Sales activities in the assigned territory).
  • Sell the "quality" of products. Create the needs, demonstrate the superiority of the product, know when to conclude, manage orders and any other form of purchase, verify that the product is used in the most appropriate way.
  • Work with direct (Field) Sales colleagues to identify key contacts within our database that own our high-end products.
  • First point of contact for commercial information (email and phone).
  • Works closely with the Sales Management on tenders / contracts opportunities to ensure that the products meet the customer's needs, while at the same time achieving the regional targets.
  • Responsible for the professional training activities of health professionals to develop knowledge about products and good practices in the reference sector.
  • Responsible for customer follow-up on professional training to understand the effectiveness of the activities carried out and the impact on the level of sales growth.
  • Achieve maximum efficiency: Analyze the situation of each hospital on the basis of the individual existing conditions. Always identify the people who have decision-making power or can influence it, endeavoring to explore the market in continuous search for new customers. Plan your work schedule and make daily appointments in advance to avoid wasting time. Draw up all reports and provide any useful information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in medical sales.
  • Experience in dealing with NUPCO, with a strong understanding of their workflow, processes and dynamic.
  • Experience in infection prevention is preferred.
  • Able to read, interpret business data.

Personal Skills

  • Required primary language skills: fluency in Arabic and English (our business language).
  • Proactive and eager to sell ASP brand.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills are required to interact with customers, other employees, and management; requires the ability to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Ability to interact with a variety of people at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to facilitate Sales opportunities with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with reasonable supervision.
  • Demonstrate both personal integrity and the ability to exercise good judgment.
