تعلن شركة tactical. عن توفر وظيفة منسق اجتماعي (Social Coordinator) في الرياض، السعودية. نحن نبحث عن شخص مهووس بالتفاصيل ويعشق الفوضى المنظمة - إذا كنت من يلتقط الأخطاء الإملائية قبل أي شخص، وتدير جداول البيانات ببراعة، وتعرف كيف تكتشف الاتجاهات المحلية قبل أن تصبح سائدة، فهذه الوظيفة لك!
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهووس بالتفاصيل: لا يمر عليك أي خطأ إملائي، رابط مكسور، وسم خاطئ أو هاشتاغ غير صحيح.
- منظم ببراعة: تعشق الهيكلة، تتقن جداول البيانات، وتستطيع التوفيق بين طلبات منصات متعددة دون عناء.
- عقلية وكيل إعلانات واستباقي: تدير الأولويات، تفكر خارج القوالب الأساسية، وتقترح تحسينات ذكية عند ملاحظة أي عوائق في سير العمل.
- موثوق ومرن: أيادي آمنة تماماً - الفرق الداخلية والعملاء يثقون بك لاتباع الإجراءات بدقة والاستجابة السريعة عند تسارع الأمور.
- متصلة ثنائي اللغة: طلاقة كاملة في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابة وتحدثاً، مع القدرة على الإبلاغ عن تعارضات الجدولة أو مشكلات المحتوى أو استفسارات العملاء مباشرة.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- الجدولة وضمان الجودة: إدارة جدول النشر الرئيسي لما يصل إلى 5 منشورات يومياً عبر المنصات، وتنفيذ عملية مراجعة صارمة من 15 خطوة (التحقق من المواصفات، الوسوم، روابط bit.ly)، والتحقق من المنشورات المباشرة بعد النشر.
- التواصل مع العملاء والداخل: معالجة ما يصل إلى 10 طلبات بريد إلكتروني يومياً، وقيادة مكالمات العملاء بخصوص جداول النشر والموافقات والتعديلات السريعة.
- التفاعل مع المجتمع: الدردشة مع المتابعين والمؤثرين بأسلوب أصلي وإنساني يتناسب مع العلامة التجارية - معرفة متى ترد برد كامل ومتى تكتفي برمز تعبيري سريع.
- المحتوى والكتابة: المساعدة في صياغة تعليقات وسائل التواصل، والتفكير في صيغ محتوى جديدة، وتطوير أسلوبك الكتابي جنباً إلى جنب مع قادة الإبداع.
- الاستماع الاجتماعي وإعداد التقارير: تتبع التعليقات والمشاعر يومياً، الإبلاغ عن المخاطر المحتملة أو الاتجاهات الفيروسية مبكراً، ودعم تقارير الأداء الأسبوعية.
- إتقان الأدوات والدعم المدفوع: التعامل بثقة مع Canva وGoogle Sheets وLater وBitly وSprinklr، بالإضافة إلى جمع الروابط وكتابة التعليقات لأصول الإعلانات المدفوعة المقرر تعزيزها.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة من 1-2 سنة في أدوار مواجهة العملاء (يفضل خبرة في وكالة وسائل التواصل أو خدمة العملاء أو إدارة العملاء).
- عقلية موجهة نحو العمليات: قدرة مثبتة على اتباع خطوات ضمان الجودة الدقيقة وسير العمل التصعيدي واتفاقيات التسمية المنظمة.
- متمكن تقنياً: خبرة قوية في منصات الجدولة وأدوات التواصل الاجتماعي (يفضل معرفة بـ Sprinklr) وGoogle Sheets/Excel.
- خبير في منصات التواصل: إلمام عميق بـ Meta وInstagram وTikTok وX وYouTube وLinkedIn.
- واثق ومستقل: مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، تواصل ممتاز، وموقف استباقي لدفع المشاريع قدماً.

- Scheduling & Bulletproof QA: Own and manage the master scheduling sheet for up to 5 posts daily across platforms. Run a strict 15-step QA process (checking specs, tags, bit.ly links) and cross-check live posts natively post-publish.
- Client & Internal Liaison: Handle up to 10 email requests a day and lead client calls regarding posting schedules, approvals, and quick-turnaround edits.
- Community Engagement: Chat with followers and influencers in an authentic, human, on-brand tone-knowing exactly when to drop a full reply versus a quick emoji.
- Content Input & Copywriting: Help craft social captions, brainstorm fresh content formats, and develop your copy voice alongside our creative leads.
- Social Listening & Reporting: Track daily comments and sentiment, flag potential risks or viral trends early, and support weekly performance reports.
- Tool Mastery & Paid Support: Confidently navigate Canva, Google Sheets, Later, Bitly, and Sprinklr. Plus, gather links and write captions for paid social assets slated for boosting.
- 1-2 Years’ Experience: Background in client- or customer-facing roles (social media agency, customer service, or client management experience is a huge plus).
- Process-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to follow tight QA steps, escalation workflows, and structured naming conventions.
- Tech-Savvy: Solid experience with scheduling platforms, social tools (Sprinklr is a big bonus), and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Social Platform Native: Deep familiarity with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Confident & Independent: Strong problem-solving skills, great communication, and a proactive attitude toward keeping projects moving.
