JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

• Convert existing desktop Power BI reports into fully functional mobile versions of the same reporting suite.
• Maintain parity between desktop and mobile report versions as the underlying reports evolve.
• Contribute to next-generation reporting initiatives, including self-service report creation - building mechanisms that let end users create their own reports (e.g., drag-and-drop report building) without dashboard team involvement.
• Explore and prototype generative AI summary features within reports (e.g., AI-generated narrative summaries of report data) as an extension of standard dashboarding work.
• Where relevant, contribute UX/UI thinking to self-service reporting tools - this crosses into some lightweight application-building, not just report design.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Power BI expertise, specifically including mobile report/dashboard development - not just desktop reporting.
• Solid grasp of dashboard/report logic and data modeling underpinning Power BI reports.
• Comfort engaging directly with business stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements on-site.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with self-service BI/reporting tools or drag-and-drop report builders.
• Exposure to generative AI features embedded within BI tools (AI-generated summaries, natural-language querying of reports, etc.).
• Basic UX/UI sensibility for designing intuitive self-service reporting interfaces.
• Banking or financial services reporting experience.

Working Arrangement

This role requires meaningful stakeholder interaction to gather reporting requirements and is structured as a full-time on-site posting.
