تعلن شركة Guy Carpenter، إحدى شركات Marsh، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة لقسم خدمات دعم العملاء في الرياض (العليا) السعودية لوظيفة تقني نسبي (Pro Rata Technician).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سندعم قاعدة عملائنا من خلال المعالجة التعاقدية وتأمين استردادات إعادة التأمين عبر إدخال دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب في النظام. سواء كنت تملك فضولاً تجاه قطاع إعادة التأمين أو تبحث عن تغيير مسارك المهني، فهذه هي البيئة المثالية لاكتساب مهارات جديدة وفرصة للتطور الوظيفي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة محفظة عملاء محددة وتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن المهام الفنية المتعلقة بحسابات العملاء.
- العمل مع الأمانة السوقية (Market Fiduciary) للمساعدة في تحصيل الأموال.
- إدارة جميع مراسلات النسب، والمستحقات الوسيطة، والتمويل، والاحتفاظ، والتداول الإلكتروني، وطلبات التقارير المؤقتة، وجميع خطوات المعالجة التعاقدية بما في ذلك التجديدات.
- تعزيز وبناء والحفاظ على العلاقات مع الوسطاء والعملاء والأسواق.
- المشاركة في الدورات التدريبية وتقديم المدخلات ضمن الفريق و/أو القسم لجميع جوانب معالجة خدمات إعادة التأمين للمساعدة في استكشاف المشكلات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في أقساط/مطالبات التأمين أو إعادة التأمين، مثل التعامل مع الخسائر النقدية/الكبيرة، مع رغبة في الانتقال إلى قطاع إعادة التأمين.
- مهارات متقنة في Excel وكفاءة في استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office.
- رغبة في التعلم وتطوير المعرفة بهيكل الحسابات الفني.
- القدرة على إدارة عبء العمل بنجاح مع القدرة على إدارة التوقعات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في مطالبات إعادة التأمين (غير أساسية).
- خبرة في مجال النسب (غير أساسية).
- خبرة العمل في صفة فنية لدى وسيط (غير أساسية).

As a Pro Rata Technician, you will support our client base through transactional processing, securing reinsurance recoveries through timely and accurate system entry.

What can you expect:
- Work with Reinsurance professionals within Saudi Arabi with experience and technical knowledge.
- Gain significant experience of working within a technical capacity for a Broker
- Apply your experience and further development within a role that’s truly progressive and offers full end-to-end responsibility of a client portfolio
- Be part of a global business that works with clients of all sizes to define, design and deliver innovative solutions to better quantify and manage risk
- Support with study towards CII qualifications and provide opportunities to help you learn and progress in your career.
- Manage an assigned client portfolio, taking full responsibility of technical duties relating to client accounts.
- Work with Market Fiduciary to assist with collection of funds.
- Manage all Pro Rata post, brokerage receivables, funding, retention, e-trading, ad hoc reporting requests, and all transactional process steps. This is inclusive of renewals
- Promote, build and maintain relationships with Brokers, Clients and Markets
- Participate in training sessions and provide input within the team and/or department for all aspects of reinsurance service processing to assist with troubleshooting.
- Insurance/Reinsurance Premium/Claims experience, ie; handling cash loss/large loss and a desire to move into the Reinsurance sector.
- Competent Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of technical account structure.
- Successful management of workload; with an ability to manage expectations.
