Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day installation activities for solar water heating and air treatment projects, ensuring work is executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in western region of Saudi and involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients to plan site activities, allocate resources, and resolve technical issues. The Site Engineer will monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and implement quality control procedures to verify that all works meet project and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include preparing site reports, documenting deviations, supporting testing and commissioning, and ensuring compliance with HSE guidelines. The role also involves participating in design reviews, providing constructability feedback, and supporting continuous improvement of site processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong on-site project execution skills, including supervision of construction activities, coordination of site teams, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Solid foundation in Mechanical engineering, with the ability to interpret relevant drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Proficient communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Previous experience in construction or installation projects, preferably in renewable energy, MEP, or Mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and HSE regulations in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently on site, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering and office software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office; project management tools are a plus)
