Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Contracting Accounting & Cost Centers: Prepare and audit project progress billings (extracts), and accurately link all project expenses and revenues to cost centers to determine the profitability of each project individually.
• Documentary Cycle Compliance: Full adherence to the company's established documentary cycle (purchase orders, receipt and payment vouchers, invoices, and inventory in/out documents).
• E-commerce Accounting: Track store sales, shipping costs, and manage digital inventory of goods.
• Financial Reconciliations: Match and reconcile payments received from Buy-Now-Pay-Later platforms (Tabby & Tamara) and other payment gateways.
• Systems & Reporting Management: Process and post daily journal entries through Qoyod and Odoo accounting systems, and build analytical models using Excel.
• Zakat & Tax: Prepare periodic tax filings and VAT returns for commercial invoices and contracting progress billings.

📋 Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Technical Experience (Essential): Strong experience in progress billing (extract) accounting, and structuring and directing journal entries based on project cost centers.
• Professional Understanding: Full and deep understanding of the accounting documentary cycle, with the ability to audit and comply with internal control procedures.
• Sector Experience: Prior experience combining contracting companies and e-commerce store account management.
• Software & Systems: Full proficiency in Odoo and Qoyod, including utilizing cost centers within both systems.
• Highly advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, Pivot Tables).
• Special Skills & Abilities: Precise knowledge of how Tabby and Tamara platforms operate and reconcile.
• High ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years.
