Bold Architecture & Consulting Co. هي شركة تصميم تركز على الشراكة التعاونية مع العملاء لترجمة متطلبات المشاريع المعقدة إلى حلول قابلة للتنفيذ. يقود المالك التوجه الاستراتيجي للشركة، ويشرف على العمليات التجارية وتطوير الأعمال، ويضمن الجودة والامتثال للمعايير المهنية. يتطلب الدور الموازنة بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي عالي المستوى والمشاركة العملية في الإشراف على المشاريع والإدارة التشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على التوجه الاستراتيجي للشركة وتطوير الأعمال والعمليات العامة.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء وتوجيه مقترحات المشاريع والعقود.
- تحديد الأهداف المالية وأهداف النمو للشركة.
- التعاون مع فرق التصميم والاستشارات ومراجعة مخرجات المشاريع.
- ضمان أن الخدمات تلبي المعايير المهنية والمتطلبات التنظيمية وتوقعات العملاء.
- قيادة مبادرات التسويق وتشكيل العلامة التجارية للشركة.
- اتخاذ القرارات الرئيسية بشأن التوظيف والشراكات والتخطيط طويل المدى.
- الموازنة بين الاستراتيجية رفيعة المستوى والمشاركة العملية في الإشراف على المشاريع والإدارة التشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في الهندسة المعمارية أو التصميم أو المجالات الاستشارية ذات الصلة، مع القدرة على الإشراف على المشاريع من الفكرة إلى الإنجاز.
- مهارات قيادية وإدارية مثبتة، بما في ذلك تنسيق الفرق واتخاذ القرارات وحل النزاعات.
- فطنة تجارية في مجالات إعداد الميزانية والتخطيط المالي والتفاوض على العقود واكتساب العملاء.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية لبناء والحفاظ على علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء والشركاء.
- الإلمام بأدوات الإدارة عن بُعد وبرامج إدارة المشاريع ومنصات التعاون الرقمي.
- فهم قوانين البناء ذات الصلة والمعايير الصناعية وأفضل الممارسات المهنية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحديد الأولويات وإدارة مبادرات متعددة في بيئة عمل عن بُعد.
- يفضل درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة؛ الخبرة المعادلة مقبولة.
