Company Description IFS Intelligence Future Solutions (IFS UAE) is an Abu Dhabi-based consulting company delivering education, professional development, and business support services across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for experienced Trainers and Lecturers to join upcoming professional development programs in Saudi Arabia, delivering high-level training to senior professionals and leaders across the public and private sectors.

Candidate Requirements

* PhD in Business Management or a related field is preferred

* OR Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant professional experience

* Proven experience in training senior professionals, managers, and executives

* Previous GCC experience is a strong advantage

* Good understanding of Saudi business culture and working environment

* Male and female candidates are welcome to apply

Language Requirements

* Native Arabic speaker

* Strong command of English, both spoken and written

Engagement & Package

* Teaching load: Approximately 30-35 hours per week

* Monthly package: Starting from SAR 18,000-20,000

* Higher packages may be considered for senior and highly experienced profiles
