يعمل المهندس الكيميائي على تصميم وتحسين ومراقبة العمليات الكيميائية المتعلقة بالمنتجات التخصصية لتطبيقات البناء والصناعة، مع ضمان تحقيق معايير السلامة والكفاءة والجودة. تشمل المهام اليومية إجراء اختبارات معملية وتجارب تجريبية، وتحليل بيانات العمليات، والتعاون مع فرق الإنتاج لرفع مستوى التركيبات وتحسين أداء المصنع. كما يتضمن الدور معالجة مشكلات العمليات، ودعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر، وتوثيق النتائج الفنية، والتنسيق مع فرق متعددة مثل الجودة والصيانة وتطوير المنتجات. يساهم المهندس أيضًا في المشاريع التي تركز على الاستدامة ويساعد في ضمان الامتثال التنظيمي والبيئي.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في الهندسة الكيميائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية لتقييم البيانات وحل المشكلات وتحسين العمليات.
- مهارات مختبرية متينة في التجارب والاختبار والتحقق من التركيبات والعمليات الكيميائية.
- معرفة بصناعة الكيماويات، خاصة الكيماويات التخصصية أو مواد البناء أو التطبيقات الصناعية.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة لإعداد التقارير والعمل الجماعي والتعاون مع الجهات الفنية وغير الفنية.
- مهارات هندسة العمليات لتصميم عمليات التصنيع ورفع مستواها وتحسينها.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chemical Engineer role based in Al Jubayl.
