We’re Hiring: Chief of Staff to the Group CEO | Hybrid | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

SIC Education is looking for a high-caliber Chief of Staff to work directly with the Group CEO and play a central role in the execution of the group’s strategy and growth agenda.

This is not an administrative role. We are looking for someone who can operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, governance and organizational performance-helping translate priorities into action and ensuring that critical initiatives move forward across the organization.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Chief of Staff will:

• Support the CEO in translating the group’s strategy into clear priorities, initiatives and execution plans.
• Drive and coordinate high-priority strategic projects across schools and group functions.
• Establish a strong cadence for tracking strategic initiatives, KPIs, commitments and key decisions.
• Work closely with school leaders and functional heads across Education, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing & Admissions and other areas.
• Identify issues requiring CEO attention, structure the problem and develop clear recommendations and options.
• Support preparation for Board and Executive Committee meetings, including strategic analysis, presentations and follow-up on agreed actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives where ownership spans multiple teams.
• Support evaluation and development of new growth opportunities, partnerships and investments.
• Improve the quality and speed of information flowing to the CEO, ensuring decisions are supported by concise and reliable analysis.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to the CEO while building strong relationships across the organization.

We are looking for an intellectually curious, highly analytical and execution-oriented professional with:

• Approximately 5-10 years of high-quality professional experience.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, a CEO office or another highly analytical environment.
• Strong financial and commercial understanding.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• The ability to turn complex information into clear executive-level recommendations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
• The confidence and maturity to work with senior executives, school leaders, Board members and external advisers.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
• High levels of discretion, integrity and sound judgment.

Experience in education, K-12, consumer services or Saudi Arabia would be advantageous but is not essential.

This role offers significant exposure to the strategy, operations and growth of an education group in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will work directly with the Group CEO on some of the organization’s most important priorities and will gain exposure to senior leadership, Boards, investors, advisers and external stakeholders.

It is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from consulting, investment banking, investing or corporate strategy who wants to move closer to operating a business and seeing strategy translated into measurable results.
