We're hiring: Stock Keeper - ONVOG, Granada Mall (Riyadh)

ONVOG's new Granada Mall branch is looking for an organised, detail-driven Stock Keeper to run our stockroom.

We're a premium sneaker & lifestyle boutique (Onitsuka Tiger, Asics, On Running, New Balance, Adidas, Salomon, Alo, Veja) with same-day Riyadh delivery - so accurate, fast stock handling is at the heart of what we do.

What you'll do

• Receive, check and tag deliveries, and keep inventory spot-on in Odoo.
• Organise the stockroom by brand and size, and keep the floor replenished - full size runs, fast movers first.
• Handle transfers, stocktakes, returns, and pick/pack for same-day delivery orders.

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years in stock control, warehouse or retail back-of-house (footwear a plus).
• Accurate, organised, and comfortable on your feet.
• Basic POS/scanner skills; Odoo experience is a bonus.

Based at Granada Mall, Riyadh. Competitive salary based on experience.

Job summary We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our new Granada Mall branch - driving sales, leading the team, delivering premium customer service, and managing stock, cash and store operations to ONVOG and mall standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed branch sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead, coach and schedule the store team and build a high-performing service culture.
• Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience and grow repeat/VIP business.
• Manage visual merchandising and product presentation, including feature displays.
• Manage inventory and stock control via Odoo POS; maintain size availability and stock accuracy.
• Oversee receiving, transfers and stocktakes; minimise shrinkage.
• Manage cash handling, daily reconciliation, banking and POS.
• Coordinate same-day Riyadh delivery and online-order fulfilment.
• Ensure opening/closing, security, health & safety and mall compliance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' retail experience, including 2+ years in a management/supervisory role (footwear/fashion/premium retail preferred).
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Retail POS/inventory experience (Odoo an advantage).
• Knowledge of, or passion for, sneakers/streetwear and EU sizing.
• Bilingual Arabic and English.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
