MT BYTES is expanding internationally, and we're currently looking for a Managing Director to help us establish and grow our presence in Saudi Arabia.

We're not looking for someone to manage an existing office. We're looking for someone who wants to help build one.

The Opportunity

You'll work directly with our leadership team to introduce MT BYTES to the Saudi market, develop business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and help lay the foundation for our long-term growth in the country.

You'll also play an important role in helping us establish our local entity and navigate the business landscape in Saudi.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships

• Building relationships with companies, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders

• Representing MT BYTES in meetings, events, and networking opportunities

• Advising on local market practices and business requirements

• Supporting the establishment and growth of our operations in Saudi

• Helping build a local team as the business expands

Who We're Looking For

• Saudi Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Strong understanding of the Saudi business environment

• Experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, sales, management, or entrepreneurship

• Comfortable communicating in both Arabic and English

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently

Experience in technology, software, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital transformation is a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation

We believe in being transparent.

The role will begin with an interim evaluation period while we assess market opportunities and build momentum in Saudi.

During this phase, there will be no fixed compensation. Instead, the successful candidate will receive 30% of the profit generated from business secured through the Saudi market.

Following a successful initial period, the role is expected to transition into a long-term leadership position with a formal compensation structure.
