تعلن شركة BHR Group عن توفر وظيفة Resident Systems Engineer - Managed Services في الرياض (حي الملقا)، المملكة العربية السعودية، بهدف تقديم الدعم الميداني للبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات وإدارة الأجهزة الطرفية لدى أحد عملاء الخدمات المدارة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مهندس أنظمة مقيم (Resident Systems Engineer) لتقديم الدعم الميداني للبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات وإدارة الأجهزة الطرفية، مع تركيز قوي على Microsoft Intune، وإدارة الأجهزة الطرفية، وإدارة التصحيحات، وWindows Server، وActive Directory، والنسخ الاحتياطي، وHyper-V.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة ودعم Microsoft Intune بما في ذلك تسجيل الأجهزة، وسياسات التكوين، وسياسات الامتثال، ونشر التطبيقات، وإدارة الأجهزة الطرفية.
- إجراء تصحيحات (patching) لنظام Windows وتطبيقات الطرف الثالث باستخدام أدوات إدارة التصحيحات وضمان نشر التحديثات المطلوبة بنجاح.

- مراقبة صحة الأجهزة الطرفية، والامتثال، والحالة الأمنية من خلال Intune والأدوات ذات الصلة.
- إدارة Active Directory بما في ذلك المستخدمين والمجموعات وكائنات النهج الجماعي (GPOs) والصلاحيات.
- تثبيت وتكوين ومراقبة واستكشاف أخطاء خوادم Windows والأجهزة الطرفية.
- مراقبة واستكشاف أخطاء مهام النسخ الاحتياطي والمساعدة في استعادة النسخ الاحتياطي عند الحاجة.
- دعم الأجهزة الافتراضية Hyper-V وإدارة المحاكاة الافتراضية الأساسية.
- استكشاف أخطاء DNS وDHCP وTCP/IP ومشكلات الاتصال بالشبكة الأساسية.
- دعم Microsoft 365 وMicrosoft Entra ID حسب الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات أصول تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وتوثيق الأنظمة، وتحديثات التذاكر.
- التنسيق مع فريق الهندسة من المستوى الثاني/الثالث (L2/L3) لحل المشكلات الفنية المعقدة.
- اتباع سياسات تكنولوجيا المعلومات لدى العميل، والمتطلبات الأمنية، وإجراءات اتفاقية مستوى الخدمة (SLA) المتفق عليها.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Resident Systems Engineer to provide onsite IT infrastructure and endpoint management support at one of our managed services customers. The role will have a strong focus on Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, patch management, Windows Server, Active Directory, backup, and Hyper-V.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration policies, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint management.
• Perform Windows and third-party application patching using patch management tools and ensure required updates are deployed successfully.
• Monitor patch compliance, identify non-compliant devices, troubleshoot failed deployments, and take corrective action.
• Prepare and maintain patching schedules for servers and endpoints in coordination with the customer.
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and security status through Intune and related management tools.
• Administer Active Directory, including users, groups, GPOs, and permissions.
• Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Servers and endpoints.
• Monitor and troubleshoot backup jobs and assist with backup restoration when required.
• Support Hyper-V virtual machines and basic virtualization administration.
• Troubleshoot basic DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and network connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID as required.
• Maintain IT asset records, system documentation, and ticket updates.
• Coordinate with the L2/L3 engineering team for complex technical issues.
• Follow customer IT policies, security requirements, and agreed SLA procedures.
