شركة بنده تعلن عن وظيفة مدير مركز تلبية الطلبات (Fulfilment Center Manager) في الرياض، السعودية، حيث سيتولى إدارة العمليات اليومية للتجارة الإلكترونية، بما في ذلك شحن البضائع ومراقبة المخزون، لضمان توصيل المنتجات المناسبة للعملاء في الوقت المحدد وبتكلفة مناسبة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسؤولية الكاملة عن عمليات مركز التلبية، بما في ذلك إدارة الفريق ومراقبة التكاليف والأداء وفق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs).
- ضمان فهم وتطبيق سياسات الصحة والسلامة المهنية بالكامل، وتعزيز ثقافة تكافؤ الفرص.
- تنظيم وإدارة نوبات قادة الفرق وعمال تجهيز الطلبات (OFA) والسائقين لضمان توفر الموظفين.
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء في الوقت المناسب وبما يعكس احترافية بنده كتاجر تجزئة عبر الإنترنت.
- إدارة وتطوير فريق خبير في التجارة الإلكترونية، وتوزيع المهام والأنشطة يومياً لزيادة الإنتاجية والمبيعات.
- مراجعة تقييمات العملاء على حسابات التجارة الإلكترونية، وضمان أن تكون جميع الاتصالات مع العملاء بأسلوب يحافظ على التقييمات أو يرفعها.
- تنفيذ العمليات والإجراءات الداعمة للتحكم الجيد في المخزون، بما في ذلك الجرد وتسجيل مستويات المخزون.
- الإشراف على عمل الفريق بشكل دوري لضمان الحفاظ على معايير الجودة العالية، والمساهمة في تطوير مهارات أعضاء الفريق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- خبرة 4 سنوات في تجارة التجزئة الغذائية، ويفضل من لديه خبرة كمدير قسم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- سجل مثبت في إدارة الفرق ضمن بيئة مستودع / مركز تلبية طلبات / متجر.
- إدارة أصحاب المصلحة (Stakeholder management) مع الشركاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- إلمام بتقنية المعلومات والوعي المالي بما في ذلك إدارة الميزانية.
- معرفة منهجية LEAN والتحسين المستمر.
- موقف إيجابي واستعداد للتعلم المستمر.

Job Purpose
Manages the operations under the guidance of the E-commerce & take responsibility for the day to day management of the online merchandising and sales including the shipment of goods to our. Ensuring that the right products are delivered to the right customers on time and at a good cost. involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods.
Key Accountabilities

Responsible for the total operations of Fulfilment Centre including team management, cost control and performance against SLA’S and KPI’S.

Ensure the company’s health and safety policies are fully understood and adhered to, as well as promoting a culture of equal opportunities

Organizing and mange Team leaders, OFA & drivers shifts to ensure staff availably .

Responding to customer questions and queries in a timely manner reflecting Panda Click as a professional on-line retailer at all times.

manage and develop an expert e-commerce team, allocating tasks and activities on a day to day basis, with a view to increasing productivity and sales.

Review customer’s ratings on e-commerce accounts, ensuring that all communication with customers is conducted in a manner that will maintain and/or increase ratings.

Execute processes and procedures that support good stock control, including stock taking and recording of stock levels.

To oversee and check the work of the team regularly to ensure that high quality standards are maintained and assist in the development of the team members skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree
Experience
4 years’ experience in grocery retail, section manager preferred

Proven track record of managing teams within a warehouse/fulfilment center / store environment
