انضم إلى ديلويت (Deloitte)، إحدى أكبر وأعرق شركات الخدمات المهنية في العالم، في دور Associate في التدقيق والضمان (Audit & Assurance) ضمن برنامج مستقبلي (Mustaqbaly Program)، ومقر العمل الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إظهار تقدير لأهمية معالجة أولويات التدقيق والمخاطر المحددة بما يتوافق مع متطلبات أصحاب المصلحة.
- امتلاك المعرفة بمعايير المحاسبة ذات الصلة بالجهة وتنفيذ إجراءات تقييم المخاطر لتحديد مخاطر الأخطاء الجوهرية.
- تقديم عمليات تدقيق عالية الجودة باستخدام أدوات ومنهجيات مثل Global Audit Imperatives والأدلة الإرشادية وأدوات التعلم.
- صياغة أحكام واستنتاجات معقولة لتقديم مخرجات مفيدة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- الامتثال لمعايير التدقيق والمحاسبة والقوانين واللوائح ذات الصلة (بما في ذلك القوانين المحلية)، والمعايير الأخلاقية، ومتطلبات الاستقلالية، وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة للمكتب.
- بناء فهم شخصي لغرض الشركة وقيمها، واستكشاف فرص التأثير.
- إظهار التزام قوي بالتعلم والتطوير الشخصي؛ والعمل كسفير للعلامة التجارية للمساعدة في جذب المواهب.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية في المحاسبة أو التدقيق أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عمل ذات صلة (مثل التدريب الصيفي، الوظائف الموسمية، الوظائف الدراسية).
- قدرة مثبتة على القيادة وحل المشكلات ومهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية.
- القدرة على ترتيب أولويات المهام والعمل على مهام متعددة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق مع محترفين على جميع المستويات.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة، تحدث، كتابة). تُفضل المرشحون ثنائيو اللغة (العربية والإنجليزية).

During Your Tenure As An Associate In Audit & Assurance, You Will Demonstrate And Develop Your Capabilities In The Following Areas
- Demonstrates an appreciation of the importance of addressing specific audit and risk advisory priorities in line with explicit stakeholder requirements
- Have knowledge of relevant accounting standards applicable to the entity and perform risk assessment procedures to provide a basis for the identification and assessments of the risks of material misstatement
- Delivery of high-quality audits via a number of enablers like Global Audit Imperatives, methodology, content, guidance, learning and other tools
- Formulate reasonable judgements and conclusion in order to deliver informative and timely outputs
- Compliance with auditing and accounting standards, relevant laws and regulations (including specific local laws and regulations), ethical standards, independence requirements and the audit firm's quality control procedures
- Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact.
- Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent
- Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track
- Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business
- Degree in accounting, auditing or related field
- Relevant work experience (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs)
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing). Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English)
