We're Hiring: Saudi Financial Accountant

As a Saudi Financial Accountant at Med Market Marketing Agency, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our dynamic agency. You will ensure accurate financial tracking, budget management, and compliance with local regulations, directly supporting our ability to deliver high-quality creative and digital transformation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely processing for agency vendors, production crews, and clients.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental and project-specific budgets for 360 marketing campaigns and in-house production initiatives.
• Conduct regular bank and ledger reconciliations using Zoho Books to ensure precise financial record-keeping and immediately identify any discrepancies.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for senior management review, leveraging Zoho Books for reporting and financial data consolidation.
• Collaborate with account management and production teams to track project expenses against approved budgets and forecast financial requirements.
• Process employee expense reports, manage petty cash for production shoots, and ensure all disbursements comply with internal company policies.
• Ensure strict compliance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) regulations and assist in the accurate preparation and filing of VAT returns.
• Maintain and manage the company's chart of accounts, invoicing, and financial workflows within Zoho Books, ensuring data accuracy and system optimization.
• Utilize advanced Excel models alongside Zoho Books and other professional accounting software to streamline financial data analysis and optimize reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

• Saudi National (mandatory requirement).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and budget management.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is highly preferred; familiarity with other accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial modeling).
• Strong understanding of the Saudi financial regulatory landscape, local business practices, and ZATCA compliance requirements.
• High level of meticulousness and exceptional attention to detail when handling sensitive financial data.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple financial deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
