Role Description The Middle School Urdu Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate Urdu language instruction to middle school students in an on-site setting in Riyadh. This full-time role includes planning and teaching daily lessons, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student performance. The teacher will develop and implement curriculum aligned with school standards, integrate language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening), and create a classroom environment that supports student participation and respect. Responsibilities also include collaborating with colleagues, communicating regularly with guardians, contributing to school events, and participating in professional development activities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong lesson planning and curriculum development skills, with the ability to design structured, standards-based Urdu language units for middle school learners.
• Candidates should possess experience teaching middle school students, with proven classroom management skills and an understanding of the developmental needs of this age group.
• Candidates should possess effective teaching and communication skills, including clear instruction, active listening, and the ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Urdu language (spoken and written), and a solid command of English for collaboration and communication within the school community.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Urdu, Languages, or a related field, along with a teaching certificate or license, are highly beneficial.
