Job Vacancies - Planning Engineers

A leading company is seeking qualified Planning Engineers to join its projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

🔹 Senior Planning Engineer - 4 PositionsQualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, from an accredited university.
• 5-8 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in project planning and control within EPC/MEP contracts.
• Ability to independently manage planning activities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in:
• Firefighting and fire alarm systems.
• Electrical substations.
• Power plants.
• Industrial/process plants.
• Previous experience with major clients such as SEC, Aramco, Ma’aden, SWCC, or equivalent is essential.
• Expert-level knowledge of Primavera P6, including baseline development, resource and cost loading, and multi-project environments.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, with working knowledge of MS Project, Power BI, and AutoCAD.

Required Technical Skills

• Baseline and schedule development.
• WBS and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
• Earned Value Management - SPI/CPI.
• Critical Path and Float Analysis.
• S-Curves and Resource Histograms.
• Progress Measurement Systems.
• Look-Ahead Planning.
• Delay Analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) Claims.
• Cash Flow Forecasting.
• Preparation and issuance of client-facing monthly progress reports, with direct communication with clients, PMC teams, and subcontractors.

Additional Requirements

• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is mandatory.
• PMP or PMI-SP certification is an advantage.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at or mobilize to project locations and travel between project sites.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Transferable Iqama for candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia.

🔹 Planning Engineer - 2 PositionsQualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, from an accredited university.
• 3-5 years of experience in project planning and control within EPC/MEP contracts.
• Previous experience working under the supervision of a Senior Planning Engineer.
• Experience in firefighting and fire alarm systems, MEP, or electrical works.
• Exposure to SEC, Aramco, or Ma’aden standards and reporting is preferred.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, particularly activity updating and progress entry.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.
