We’re Hiring | Sales Manager - Building Automation & BMS | Riyadh

**D4 - District Four for Facilities Management Solutions is seeking an accomplished **Sales Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a technically strong, commercially driven professional who can lead sales growth in Building Automation, BMS, and Smart Building Solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Building Automation, Maintenance and overall Digital Facilities Management (such as BMS, low current solutions, etc..)** **
• Proven track record in technical sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Good understanding of the Saudi market, consultants, contractors, developers, and end users
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Arabic language is preferred
• Must be based in Riyadh or willing to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding D4’s market presence, developing strategic client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving the growth of our smart building and digital solutions portfolio.
