Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead SIGN's overall operations and drive operational excellence across our Delivery Teams.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic operational leader with extensive experience in agency operations, cross-functional leadership, and business optimization.

They have a proven track record of building high-performing delivery teams, streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving sustainable business growth while ensuring exceptional client service and project

delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•    Lead SIGN's day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence across all business functions.
•   Oversee SIGN's Delivery Teams, ensuring alignment with SIGN's strategic objectives and business priorities.
•    Drive operational profitability by optimizing resource utilization, project delivery, and overall operational performance.
•   Lead capacity planning and ensure the effective allocation of people and resources across projects to maximize efficiency and productivity.
•   Foster collaboration across SIGN's Delivery Teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and client projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
•   Develop, implement, and continuously optimize operational processes, workflows, and governance frameworks to enhance efficiency, scalability, and organizational performance.
•   Monitor operational performance through KPIs, analyze business performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational and financial goals.
•   Partner with the CEO to execute SIGN's strategic initiatives, manage operational risks, and drive sustainable business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. )An MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus(.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.
• Proven experience leading operations within a marketing, communications, creative, or advertising agency is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of agency operations, project delivery, resource planning, financial management, and business performance.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
