شركة Pacific International Lines (PTE) Ltd، إحدى الشركات الرائدة عالميًا في صناعة الشحن البحري، تبحث عن مدير عمليات إقليمي (Business Process Manager) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى هذا الدور قيادة مبادرات التميز التشغيلي والتوحيد القياسي والأتمتة والتحول الرقمي على المستوى الإقليمي، بالتعاون مع مالكي العمليات وفرق الوكالات والقيادة الإقليمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء مراجعات شاملة للعمليات لتحديد فرص التحسين والأتمتة والرقمنة.
- دفع توحيد المعايير وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات عبر الوكالات الإقليمية.
- تصميم وتحسين سير العمل لرفع الكفاءة التشغيلية والجودة وتجربة العملاء.
- تحديد وتنفيذ مبادرات التحسين المستمر عبر وظائف الأعمال.
- تقييم وتطوير فرص الأتمتة، بما في ذلك حلول RPA وأتمتة سير العمل.
- الشراكة مع فرق تقنية المعلومات وأصحاب المصلحة لتنفيذ تحسينات العمليات القائمة على التكنولوجيا.
- دعم مشاريع التحول الرقمي الهادفة إلى زيادة الإنتاجية والفعالية التشغيلية.
- قيادة والمشاركة في مشاريع تحسين العمليات، خاصة ضمن وظائف المبيعات وخدمة العملاء.
- إدارة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع والتسليمات وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة وأنشطة التنفيذ.
- دعم مبادرات إدارة التغيير لضمان اعتماد ناجح للعمليات والأنظمة الجديدة.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) الإقليمية ومقاييس أداء العمليات.
- تحليل البيانات وتحديد الفجوات وتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
- إعداد تقارير الأداء وتقديم التوصيات للقيادة الإقليمية.
- تطوير وتيسير برامج تدريبية لأخصائيي العمليات عبر الشبكة.
- بناء شراكات قوية مع مالكي العمليات وفرق الوكالات وأصحاب المصلحة الإقليميين.
- إدارة توقعات أصحاب المصلحة وضمان التوافق طوال دورة حياة المشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، إدارة المشاريع، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة العمليات، التحسين المستمر، التميز التشغيلي، التحول في الأعمال، أو إدارة المشاريع.
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وحل مشكلات قوية.
- قدرة ممتازة على التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على ترجمة متطلبات الأعمال إلى حلول عملية ومستدامة.
- يُفضل المعرفة بأدوات ومنهجيات استخراج العمليات (process mining).
- يُفضل الخبرة في صناعة الشحن، اللوجستيات، النقل، أو سلسلة التوريد.
- شهادات مهنية مفضلة: PMP, PMI, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt أو Black Belt, CCMP, COPC, أو ما يعادلها.

Key Responsibilities
Business Process Excellence
- Conduct end-to-end process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and digitalization.
- Drive standardization and best practice implementation across regional agencies.
- Design and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across business functions.
- Evaluate and develop automation opportunities, including RPA and workflow automation solutions.
- Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to implement technology-driven process improvements.
- Support digital transformation projects aimed at increasing productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Lead and participate in business process improvement projects, particularly within Sales and Customer Service functions.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and implementation activities.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Monitor regional KPIs and process performance metrics.
- Analyse data, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop performance reports and provide recommendations to regional leadership.
- Drive initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and facilitate training programmes for Business Process Specialists across the network.
- Build strong partnerships with Business Process Owners, agency teams, and regional stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or Project Management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical and sustainable solutions.
- Knowledge of process mining tools and methodologies is an advantage.
- Experience within the shipping, logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is preferred.
- PMP, PMI, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent Project Management certifications.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Change Management certifications such as CCMP, COPC, or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- A proactive problem solver who embraces challenges.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- An effective communicator and collaborative team player.
