Job Title: Social Media & Content Creator Specialist

Mimar Alqimmah Contracting Company is looking for a creative, energetic, and talented Social Media & Content Creator Specialist to take full ownership of our digital presence.

If you're passionate about storytelling, love creating engaging content, and enjoy being on-site capturing real projects, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging daily content across all social media platforms.
• Visit project sites to capture professional photos and videos.
• Produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikTok & Shorts) and promotional content.
• Design creative social media posts, stories, and marketing materials.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Write compelling captions and optimize content for maximum engagement.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across:
• Google Ads
• Instagram
• TikTok
• LinkedIn
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and implement fresh content ideas.
• Build a strong digital presence that showcases our projects, achievements, and company culture.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-5 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Excellent video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
• Experience running and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A valid driving license is preferred, as the role requires regular visits to project sites.
