Role Description The Food Server role at PROfm KSA is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. The Food Server is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area. This role includes coordinating with kitchen staff, confirming orders are accurate and delivered promptly, and following food safety and hygiene standards. The Food Server will support hospitality services within client facilities, respond to guest requests, and maintain a professional and courteous attitude throughout service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Food Service skills to handle orders, serving, and basic product knowledge.
• Candidates should possess basic Cooking or food handling skills to support simple preparation tasks and follow food safety guidelines.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, follow hygiene and safety protocols, and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant service is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, manage busy service times, and work flexible shifts as required.
• Basic literacy and numeracy to read menus, record orders, and handle simple billing or check verification.
