Role Description The Owner role at Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC in Jeddah is a full-time, on-site leadership position responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, performance, and sustainability of the business. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting long-term goals, approving major investments, and guiding key decisions related to operations, finance, and project delivery. The Owner collaborates closely with senior management to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards and that client relationships are maintained and strengthened. The role involves providing executive oversight on budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and organizational development, while fostering a culture of accountability, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement. The Owner also represents the company in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements across the region.
Qualifications

• Strong leadership and executive management capabilities, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team guidance.
• Extensive experience in construction, engineering, or related industries, with a track record of managing large-scale projects or business units.
• Robust financial acumen, including budgeting, investment evaluation, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
• Deep understanding of regional regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and industry standards in the Middle East.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, providing hands-on oversight and engagement with teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility, and ethical business practices.
