Role Description The IT Manager is responsible for ensuring stable operation, continuous improvement, and effective use of the company’s ERP platform covering Production Planning, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and HR processes. This role partners with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, support day-to-day system usage, manage enhancements and integrations, and ensure reliable performance across departments. The IT Manager leads and supports the internal IT team and coordinates vendors where needed, drives issue resolution, improves process and system workflows, and helps ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance to support smooth operations.

Job Description:

ERP & Application Operations

• Manage daily ERP operations: user access, configuration changes, issue triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure data integrity, master data management, and standardization of business processes across modules.
• Oversee ERP upgrades, patching, and release management in coordination with business users.

Business Stakeholder Management & Support

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for business stakeholders and department heads.
• Gather requirements, translate business needs into functional solutions, and manage prioritization of enhancements and support requests.
• Provide hands-on support to key users during critical periods (month-end/quarter-end, production scheduling cycles, audits, etc.).
• Train, guide, and coordinate with process owners to ensure correct ERP usage and adoption.
• Coordinate with business teams and functional consultants to deliver system enhancements with clear acceptance criteria.

Integration, Reporting & Data

• Manage integrations between ERP and other systems (e.g., manufacturing execution tools, payroll/payments, EDI, BI/reporting tools, document management).
• Ensure accurate and timely generation of reports and dashboards for operational and management decision-making.
• Establish and govern reporting standards and data definitions in alignment with business needs.

IT Infrastructure & Security

• Ensure security and compliance of IT systems and ERP access (role-based access control, audit logs, permissions).
• Oversee backup/restore processes, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity readiness for critical systems.
• Coordinate vulnerability management, security awareness, and incident response processes (with IT/security resources).

Team Leadership & Governance

• Lead, coach, and develop the IT team; define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and governance processes for change management.

Budgeting & Planning

• Own the IT budget for ERP support, infrastructure, licenses, and enhancements.
• Plan and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business goals and needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•   Master or Bachelor degree in Information Technology.

EXPERIENCE:

•   Minimum 5 Years as a IT Managerial position in a Large Industrial Firm.

•  Knowledge of SAP Business One will be added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is beneficial.
