Media Production Specialist

About the Role

Bisher & Partners is establishing its media function and seeks a Media Production Specialist to own it. You will film and photograph our events, forums, client sessions and internal recordings, help establish and run the firm's podcast, and carry all of it through montage to publication.

Montage is the centre of this role. Most of what we publish is short form: podcast episodes cut down into clips, event coverage compressed into ninety seconds, sessions turned into material that works on LinkedIn and X. We need someone whose editing is genuinely strong, not someone who shoots well and edits adequately.

Responsibilities

• Film and photograph events, conferences, panels, client sessions and internal recordings across Riyadh and elsewhere in the Kingdom
• Operate camera, audio and lighting independently, including as a single operator
• Establish and run the firm's podcast: studio setup, recording workflow, guest logistics, episode production
• Montage of podcast episodes into full-length cuts and short-form clips
• Montage of short-form video for LinkedIn, X and YouTube, in vertical and horizontal formats
• Colour grading, sound design, mixing and audio repair
• Proper motion graphics, titling and lower thirds
• Arabic and English versions of every piece, including subtitling and right-to-left titling
• Corporate portraits, headshots and retouching
• Plan shoots in advance: location, lighting, audio, access and logistics
• Maintain an organised media library with clear naming, versioning and backups
• Manage the firm's equipment inventory and recommend acquisitions
• Work to a monthly content calendar with the marketing and partnership functions

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of professional experience in video production and post-production
• Strong montage skills with a portfolio that proves it, particularly short-form work
• Full command of Premiere Pro and After Effects, or the DaVinci Resolve equivalent
• Photography competence alongside video
• Audio competence: recording, mixing and repair
• Fluency in Arabic and English, sufficient to edit, subtitle and title in both

A Good Plus

Motion graphics. Strong motion design ability beyond template work is the single largest advantage a candidate can bring to this role. If you can build animated titles, transitions, data visuals and brand-consistent graphics in After Effects, say so clearly in your application.
