What You’ll Be Doing

As a Product Manager at United Delta, you will:

• Own and maintain product vision, roadmap, priorities, and backlog.
• Work closely with customers and business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize product features based on business value, customer impact, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, and other delivery teams.
• Participate in discovery workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure delivered features meet business requirements and agreed acceptance criteria.
• Manage stakeholder expectations around product priorities, scope, and delivery.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, user feedback, and relevant KPIs.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the product and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Saudi National - mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting.
• Experience working on enterprise digital products, applications, platforms, or e-services.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
• Fluent Arabic and strong professional English.

⭐ Nice to Have

Experience working on large-scale digital transformation programs in Saudi Arabia, particularly within government, financial services, or large enterprise environments, would be highly advantageous.

Experience with digital platforms, low-code technologies, workflow automation, APIs & integration, data platforms, or AI-enabled solutions is also a plus.
