نبذة عن الوظيفة
مشرف الميكانيكي الصناعي هو الشخص الذي يؤدي مهام مدير موقع العمل المحدد والمشرف على خدمات الميكانيكي الصناعي. يتحمل هذا المنصب مسؤولية التخطيط والقيادة والتنظيم والتحكم في جميع أنشطة العمل في موقع العمل المحدد، ويكون مسؤولاً بشكل مباشر أمام مدير الميكانيكي الصناعي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على فورمان، وقادة الفرق، وعمال الحرف، والمتدربين وتوجيههم بفعالية لضمان نجاح المشروع.
- تحديد أولويات العمل وتنسيق الأنشطة، وتوزيع المهام على الموظفين وفقاً لقدراتهم أو تدريبهم التخصصي.
- الالتقاء بالعملاء وأصحاب المشروع، وإجراء جولات استكشافية للعمل، ومناقشة حلول المشكلات وقضايا قابلية البناء عند الحاجة.
- التواصل مع الإدارة يومياً أو حسب الحاجة لتعزيز بيئة العمل الجماعي الفعالة، والتعاون مع الإدارة لبناء فريق ناجح في جميع مهام العمل.
- تقديم جميع المستندات المطلوبة (بطاقات الوقت، تقارير التفتيش، سندات الشحن، مستندات مراقبة الجودة، الرسومات النهائية) بأقصى كفاءة ممكنة.
- تولي دور مدير المشروع في المشاريع الصغيرة التي لا يوجد لها مدير مشروع معين.
- مساعدة مدير المشروع من خلال تخطيط الأنشطة اليومية وجميع الموارد اللازمة، والتحقق من الاستخدام الفعال لجميع موارد المشروع.
- تنظيم جداول الاجتماعات ومراجعة جميع مستندات المشروع المطلوبة وإظهار فهم لأوامر الشراء والعقود والمواصفات والمخططات.
- التواصل الفعال مع مدراء المشاريع ومهندسي المشاريع لتعزيز العمل الجماعي وتدفق العمل بكفاءة، والتعامل مع أي أفراد أو عملاء أو مقاولين فرعيين أو جهات للحصول على المعلومات أو الخدمات أو الموارد الإضافية.
- التحكم في تقدم العمل ضمن الجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها، والمساعدة في وضع الجداول وجدولة المهام والإشراف على العمليات اليومية في موقع العمل، وتقدير المواد والموارد والعمالة لمشاريع محددة.
- إظهار صفات قيادية قوية، والتواجد بشكل أساسي في مواقع العمل.
- المشاركة الفعالة في مراقبة الجودة وفحوصات السلامة ونشر المعلومات من فريق السلامة.
- توجيه وتوصية بفرص تدريبية وظيفية محددة، وضمان تدريب جميع الموظفين على السلامة الخاصة بالموقع، وتعزيز الروح الجماعية وحل النزاعات، وضمان الالتزام بجميع سياسات الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- رخصة قيادة سارية من الفئة C أو أعلى.
- تدريب على استخدام منصات الرفع (Manlift).
- تدريب على الحماية من السقوط (Fall Protection).
- تدريب على العمل في الأماكن المغلقة (Confined Space).
- تدريب على الإسعافات الأولية والإنعاش القلبي الرئوي واستخدام مزيل الرجفان الخارجي الآلي (First Aid, CPR, AED).
- مهارات حاسوبية عامة أساسية.
- القدرة على اجتياز اختبار القياسات البشرية العام المطابق لمهن البناء.
- التوفر للعمل والرد على المكالمات على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع (24/7/365) دون أعذار، مع إمكانية ترتيب إجازات مسبقة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة 8 سنوات في المهن الميكانيكية في مجال الصيانة والبناء.
- سنتين خبرة كفورمان مشرف على خدمات الميكانيكي الصناعي أو خبرة إشرافية مكافئة، بالإضافة إلى سنتين خبرة على مستوى المشرف (Superintendent).
- إتمام تدريب المشرفين الوطني من UBC (موصى به).
- إتمام برنامج تدريب مهني للميكانيكي الصناعي برعاية الدولة أو ما يعادله.
- شهادة معتمدة من معهد مهني أو تقني معترف به.
- ساعات جامعية مع إتمام درجة الزمالة أو البكالوريوس في العلوم الميكانيكية أو الهندسة.
- خبرة وتدريب في تقنيات اللحام وعلم المعادن.
- خبرة وتدريب في تكنولوجيا الهيدروليك.
- خبرة أو تدريب أساسي في نظرية الورشة الميكانيكية أو خبرة عمل سابقة كميكانيكي ماكينات.
- تدريب على محاذاة الليزر (Laser Alignment).
- تدريب معتمد في أعمال الرفع (Rigging) - خبرة وإشراف في الرفع والحمولات الثقيلة.
- تدريب على الرافعات (Crane Training).
- شهادة قوارب (Boaters Certificate).
- OSHA 10 أو أعلى أو ما يعادله، أو MSHA 46، أو تدريب C-Stop.
- خبرة في التصميم باستخدام CAD والقدرة على إنتاج رسومات أصلية بكل التفاصيل المطلوبة للدقة.
- معرفة أساسية بالنظرية الكهربائية.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervises Foreman, leadman, craft laborers and apprentices guiding this vital resource in an effective manner for a successful project conclusion. Determines work priorities and coordinates work activities, assigns work among employees according to abilities or specialized training.
- Meets with customers and owners, conducts job discovery walks and discusses problem solving solutions and constructability issues, when required.
- Communicates with Management daily or as required to promote an effective team building environment. Collaborates with management to build a successful team at all job assignments.
- Presents all required documents, timecards, inspection reports, bills of lading, QC articles, “as built” drawings as efficiently as possible. Assumes the role of a PM on smaller jobs without an assigned PM.
- Assists the PM by Planning the day to day activities and all required resources. Verifies the efficient use of all job specific resources.
- Organizes schedules meetings, reviews all required project documents and demonstrates an understanding of purchase orders, contracts, specifications, blueprints. Effectively communicates with Project Managers, Project Engineers promoting teamwork and efficient job flow. Deals with any individuals, owners, customer, subcontractors, agencies, for information and services or additional resource needs.
- Controls the progress of the work within agreed timelines and schedule demands. Assists in setting schedules, scheduling the jobs and oversight of daily operations at the job site. Estimates the material, resources and labor for specific jobs.
- Demonstrates strong Leadership characteristics. Is primarily present at job sites.
- Actively participates in QC, Safety audits and information dissemination from Safety team.
- Mentors and recommends specific job training opportunities. Ensures all employees are site specific safety trained. Promotes team spirit and resolves conflicts. Ensures that all company policies are met.

- Valid Class C driver’s license or better.

- Ability to pass generic ergonomics test commensurate to construction trades.
- Available for work and will answer calls, 24-7-365, no excuses. Pre-arrange leaves of absence will be expected.
- Eight years’ experience in Mechanical trades in Maintenance and Construction Industry
- Two years employment as a foreman overseeing millwright services or equivalent supervisory experience, with 2 years’ experience at Superintendent level.
- Completion of the National UBC Superintendents training, recommended.
- Completion of State sponsored Millwright apprenticeship program or equivalent.
- Recognized Accredited Vocational or Technical training with degree.
- College credits with completion of Associates or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical sciences or engineering.
- Experience and training in welding technologies and Metallurgy.
- Experience and training in Hydraulics technology.
- Experience or basic training in Machine shop theory or demonstrated machinist employment.
- Laser alignment training.
- Certified Riggers Training. Rigging and Heavy lift training or experience and supervision
- Crane training
- Boaters certificate
- OSHA 10 or better or equivalent, or MSHA 46, or C-Stop training.
- Experience with CAD and basic design. Ability to generate original drawings with all details required for accuracy.
- Knowledge of basic electrical theory
