شركة DB Engineering & Consulting، إحدى شركات مجموعة DB الرائدة عالمياً في قطاع السكك الحديدية، تبحث عن خبير في الأجور والتذاكر (ف/م) للعمل في مشروع حافلات الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تصميم وتنفيذ وتحسين سياسة الأجور وأنظمة التذاكر (AFC) لخدمات النقل العام.
- دعم تطوير وإدارة هياكل الأجور واستراتيجيات التسعير وأطر إدارة الإيرادات.
- الإشراف على تشغيل وتكامل أنظمة تحصيل الأجرة الآلي (AFC) بما في ذلك البطاقات والتذاكر عبر الهواتف ومنصات الدفع.
- ضمان التوافق بين أنظمة AFC و AVM وغيرها من أنظمة النقل الذكية.
- مراقبة أداء الأنظمة وضمان الامتثال لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة والمتطلبات التعاقدية.
- تحليل بيانات الركاب والإيرادات والمعاملات لتحسين سياسات الأجور وكفاءة النظام.
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة (المشغلين والبنوك ومزودي التكنولوجيا) لضمان حلول دفع آمنة وسلسة.
- دعم استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والتحديثات والتحسين المستمر لتقنيات التذاكر وواجهات العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تخطيط النقل أو نظم المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في أنظمة الأجور والتذاكر ضمن مشاريع النقل العام أو التنقل.
- خبرة مثبتة مع تقنيات AFC بما في ذلك البطاقات الذكية والدفع اللاتلامسي (EMV) والتذاكر عبر الهواتف.
- فهم قوي لتصميم سياسات الأجور وإدارة الإيرادات واقتصاديات النقل.
- خبرة في إدارة موردي ومتكاملي أنظمة AFC والعقود القائمة على الأداء.
- الإلمام بتكامل الأنظمة عبر مجالات ITS (AFC و AVM وأنظمة المكتب الخلفي).
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع خبرة في تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل في بيئات متعددة التخصصات.

For Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a passionate Fare and Ticketing Expert (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of fare policy and ticketing systems (AFC) for public transport services
- Support development and management of fare structures, pricing strategies, and revenue management frameworks
- Oversee the operation and integration of Automated Fare Collection (AFC) systems, including cards, mobile ticketing, and payment platforms
- Ensure interoperability between AFC, AVM, and other intelligent transport systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and contractual requirements
- Analyze ridership, revenue, and transaction data to improve fare policies and system efficiency
- Coordinate with stakeholders (operators, banks, technology providers) to ensure secure and seamless payment solutions
- Support troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous improvement of ticketing technologies and customer interfaces
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transport Planning, IT Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fare systems and ticketing within public transport or mobility projects
- Proven experience with AFC technologies, including smart cards, EMV/contactless payments, and mobile ticketing
- Strong understanding of fare policy design, revenue management, and transport economics
- Experience managing AFC vendors, integrators, and performance-based contracts
- Familiarity with system integration across ITS domains (AFC, AVM, back-office systems)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and KPI monitoring
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills in multi-disciplinary environments.
