Marketing & PR Manager

Salary: Up to SAR 20,000 per month + competitive benefits

We’re hiring a Marketing & PR Manager to join a fast-growing FinTech/AI company headquartered in Riyadh.

The company is building an AI-powered financial platform designed for the Saudi market, combining technology and financial services to change how businesses access and interact with financial solutions.

This is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in building a standout brand within Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving FinTech and AI ecosystem.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll take ownership of the company’s marketing, brand, PR and communications activity in Saudi Arabia, working closely with the leadership team as the business scales.

This isn't a role where you'll simply manage agencies. We want someone who is comfortable developing the strategy, creating the message and getting things delivered.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Owning and executing the overall marketing and PR strategy
• Building brand awareness and positioning across the Saudi market
• Developing integrated campaigns across PR, digital, social, content and events
• Building relationships with relevant media, journalists, influencers and industry stakeholders
• Managing company announcements, press releases and media opportunities
• Creating compelling messaging and content in partnership with the wider team
• Managing external PR, creative and marketing agencies where required
• Supporting senior leadership with thought leadership, speaking opportunities and executive communications
• Identifying opportunities to increase the company’s presence across the FinTech, AI and technology ecosystem
• Measuring marketing performance and continuously improving activity based on results

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to speak with people who have:

• Strong experience across marketing, PR and communications
• Experience working within a startup, scale-up or high-growth environment
• A good understanding of the Saudi market and media landscape
• A track record of taking campaigns from idea through to execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing PR/media relationships and external agencies
• The ability to operate independently and take genuine ownership
• A commercial mindset - you understand that great marketing should ultimately contribute to business growth
• Experience in FinTech, financial services, AI or technology would be highly advantageous
• Arabic and English communication skills would be a strong advantage
