We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Digital Platform Implementation to lead the end-to-end technical delivery of a large-scale digital ecosystem covering a public website, mobile application, Invitation, Registration & Accreditation platform, centralized CRM, communication systems, and AI-powered features.

The role will serve as the main technical authority across multiple specialized vendors, ensuring all workstreams are properly integrated, technically aligned, delivered on schedule, and ready for successful go-live.

• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of the website, mobile app, registration and accreditation platforms, CRM, communication systems, and AI-enabled modules.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact across all vendors and delivery partners.
• Own the overall solution architecture, system integrations, APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization across platforms.
• Ensure a single source of truth for guest, registration, accreditation, and event data.
• Review and validate vendor technical proposals, solution designs, and deliverables against the approved scope and technical requirements.
• Lead technical working sessions to resolve integration dependencies, design conflicts, and cross-vendor issues.
• Oversee guest management, invitation and registration workflows, digital badges and QR accreditation, check-in, speaker management, sponsor management, and event streaming.
• Oversee the integration of AI capabilities including AI concierge, translation, session summarization, matchmaking, and conversational interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, penetration testing, and vulnerability remediation requirements.
• Track technical milestones, dependencies, risks, and vendor deliverables, escalating issues when required.
• Define and manage UAT standards, defect triage, testing, and technical sign-off criteria.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, integration maps, technical documentation, and system specifications.
• Coordinate deployment readiness, environment planning, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Provide regular technical status, risk, and dependency updates to project leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7-12 years of experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, or similar roles.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale web, mobile, CRM, or integrated digital platforms.
• Strong experience managing multiple vendors and technical delivery teams simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data synchronization, system integrations, and platform architecture.
• Experience with CRM, registration, accreditation, badging, access control, or event technology platforms is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity, secure architecture, penetration testing, and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience working within structured scopes of work, technical specifications, milestones, and SLAs.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions such as conversational AI, translation, recommendation engines, or matchmaking is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, technical communication, and documentation skills.

• On-site role in Riyadh.
• Fixed-term project through end of March 2027.
• Flexibility may be required during key implementation, testing, and go-live periods.
