Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy and performance of the schools.
• Oversee academic, operational, financial, and administrative functions.
• Drive growth, development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant education regulations and standards.
• Build and lead high-performing leadership teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience, preferably within the education sector.

• Strong strategic leadership, business, and financial management skills.
