Job Opportunity | Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in contract management.
• Proven experience managing contracts with government and private sector clients, as well as contractors.
• Strong experience in reviewing new contracts and managing existing agreements.
• Strong knowledge of contractual risk mitigation, claims management, contractual obligations, renewals, and compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in the construction and contracting sector is highly preferred.
