تعلن شركة معادن عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي أول في جيولوجيا استهداف الموارد (Principal Geologist – Target Generation) في الرياض، حيث سيتولى قيادة تحديد وتطوير أهداف الاستكشاف المعدني عالية الإمكانات من خلال النمذجة الجيولوجية المتقدمة ودمج البيانات والتحليل الاستراتيجي، والإسهام في تشكيل خط أنابيب الاستكشاف باستخدام أنظمة التفكير المعدني وأحدث الأدوات الجيوعلمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتحسين النماذج الجيولوجية على المستويين الإقليمي والمحلي لدعم استهداف الموارد.
- دمج بيانات الجيوفيزياء والجيوكيمياء والاستشعار عن بُعد لتحديد المناطق الواعدة.
- قيادة عمليات ترتيب وتحديد أولويات الأهداف بالتعاون مع فرق الاستكشاف.
- تقديم قيادة فنية في تحليل الأنظمة المعدنية والاستهداف التنبؤي.
- توجيه الجيولوجيين المبتدئين والإسهام في تطوير القدرات داخل الفريق.
- التعاون مع الاستشاريين الخارجيين والمؤسسات البحثية والجهات الداخلية.
- ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة استهداف الموارد لمعايير السلامة والبيئة والتنظيم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الجيولوجيا أو علوم الأرض أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير أو الدكتوراه).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الاستكشاف المعدني مع تركيز قوي على استهداف الموارد ونمذجة الأنظمة المعدنية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في الأنظمة المعدنية والنمذجة الجيولوجية التنبؤية.
- إتقان استخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) وأدوات النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد ودمج البيانات.
- قدرات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات.
