Position: HVAC Technician

Required Experience: Minimum 8 Years

We are looking for experienced HVAC Technicians with strong hands-on expertise in HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The ideal candidates should have specific experience working with chiller and package units and be capable of handling preventive and corrective maintenance in industrial environments.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair chiller and package units.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related faults.
• Inspect, service, repair, and replace HVAC components as required.
• Carry out routine checks on compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, motors, fans, and associated equipment.
• Monitor HVAC system performance and identify potential failures.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with site HSE procedures and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams to complete assigned activities efficiently.

• Diploma or Trade Certificate from an approved vocational training center in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HVAC maintenance experience.
• Proven hands-on experience in troubleshooting chiller/package units.
• Industrial, Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or large-scale facility maintenance experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and technical documents.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and HSE requirements.
