About the Role

We're looking for an AI Development Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that power intelligent automation and document processing workflows. You'll work at the intersection of research and production engineering - prototyping models, building robust software, and integrating them into the enterprise systems our clients rely on every day.

What You'll Do

• Research and prototype AI models for document intelligence and workflow automation use cases
• Build, test, and maintain software components that bring AI models into production
• Integrate AI-driven solutions with existing enterprise systems (ERP, HR, CRM)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Optimize model performance for accuracy, speed, and cost
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of deployed AI solutions
• Support deployment and ongoing maintenance in production environments
• Contribute across the full product development lifecycle, from concept to release

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and familiarity with common ML/AI frameworks
• Experience with document intelligence, NLP, or intelligent automation is a strong plus
• Familiarity with integrating software solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, HR, or CRM platforms)
• Understanding of production ML practices - testing, monitoring, and scaling models in live environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
