The Senior Social Media Executive will support the planning and execution of digital strategies for Maison Pyramide’s clients, ensuring a strong, culturally relevant, and engaging online presence across platforms in the Saudi market. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic contribution, supporting content planning, campaign rollout, and performance tracking to drive engagement, brand growth, and measurable impact.

The Senior Social Media Executive will work closely with internal teams and clients to translate business objectives into effective social media activities, while continuously monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to enhance digital presence.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy Support & Planning

• Support the development and execution of social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis with a focus on Saudi trends and audience behaviors.
• Provide input on content ideas, audience engagement approaches, and platform best practices.
• Stay up to date with regional trends, cultural moments, platform updates, and emerging formats.

Campaign Execution

• Assist in planning and executing social and digital campaigns, including paid social coordination where required.
• Support campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations and KPIs.

Content & Platform Management

• Manage day-to-day operations of client social media accounts, ensuring tone of voice and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with creative and internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.
• Schedule posts, publish content, and monitor platform activity.
• Moderate communities, respond to comments/messages, and maintain positive audience engagement.
• Support the execution of content calendars and ensure deadlines are met.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Track engagement trends and audience feedback to inform content improvements.
• Support the team in identifying opportunities to optimize performance.

Collaboration

• Work closely with account managers, creatives, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support client communication by providing updates, insights, and recommendations as needed.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn) and Saudi digital landscape.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Experience managing multiple brands or clients preferred.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
