Job Title:

Local Content Auditor

Job Description:

To perform audit and verification procedures over local content percentages, in accordance with the guidelines and controls issued by the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority (LCGPA), and to support the engagement team in issuing reliable, well-supported audit reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and auditing local content reports and related financial documentation.
• Support local content advisory and audit engagements, including data analysis, implementation support, and alignment with LCGPA requirements.
• Assist in assessing the accuracy of local procurement data, Saudization ratios, and vendor classifications.
• Support the evaluation of internal accounting systems used to track and report local content performance.
• Participate in fieldwork to validate reported figures and support compliance with applicable regulations.
• Assist in preparing audit reports, findings, and recommendations for client engagements.
• Stay updated with changes in local content guidelines issued by LCGPA and related authorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• +2 years of relevant experience in external audit.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and reporting frameworks.
• Completion of the Qualifying Program to Audit the Percentage of Local Content, issued by the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority (LCGPA), is preferred.
• Familiarity with Saudi local content regulations or experience in related audits is preferred.
• Saudi nationals are preferred.
