هذا الدور هو منصب تقني وقيادي رئيسي ضمن الفريق الأساسي لمشروع MOTLS، حيث يتولى مسؤولية تطوير وإدارة وتعزيز جميع وظائف نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) التي تدعم برامج إنشاء الطرق الرئيسية وتشغيلها وصيانتها. يضمن الدور دقة البيانات المكانية وسلامتها وحوكمتها، ويقود تطوير نظم المعلومات الجغرافية على مستوى المؤسسة، ويوفر تحليلاً مكانياً متقدماً لدعم تخطيط MOTLS وإدارة الأصول واتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية. ينصب التركيز الأساسي على تحقيق بيانات مكانية خالية من الأخطاء، وتعزيز حوكمة GIS، وضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير MOTLS والمعايير الدولية.
المهام والمسؤوليات

الشروط والمتطلبات

- GISP (GIS Professional) certification.
- ESRI Technical Certifications such as ArcGIS Desktop Professional, Enterprise Geodatabase Management, or ArcGIS Enterprise Administration.
- ISO/TC 211 training related to geographic information standards.
- Remote sensing certifications (ERDAS, ENVI) are an advantage.
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are beneficial.
- Strong leadership in managing enterprise GIS environments and multi‑user geodatabases.
