المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تركيب وتشغيل واختبار وإجراء الصيانة الوقائية للمعدات الطبية في المستشفيات والعيادات.
- استكشاف الأعطال الفنية وإجراء الإصلاحات التصحيحية وضمان سلامة المعدات والامتثال للمعايير ذات الصلة.
- التعاون مع الكوادر السريرية والموردين وتقديم التدريب والإرشاد الفني للمستخدمين.
- توثيق جميع أنشطة الخدمة بدقة.
- المساعدة في تقييم المعدات ودعم المبيعات والعروض التوضيحية من الناحية الفنية.
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر لعمليات الخدمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ الهندسة الطبية الحيوية ووظائف الأجهزة الطبية وسير العمل في المستشفيات.
- خبرة في التركيب والمعايرة والصيانة الوقائية وإصلاح أجهزة مثل Ventilators وMonitors وDefibrillators وAnaesthesia Machines وأنظمة التصوير والمعدات التنفسية.
- الإلمام بمعايير السلامة والجودة والتنظيم الخاصة بالأجهزة الطبية والالتزام بإرشادات الشركة المصنعة.
- إجادة التوثيق الفني وإعداد تقارير الخدمة واستخدام أدوات التشخيص ومعدات الاختبار.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة للعمل مع الفرق السريرية والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين، بما في ذلك تدريب المستخدمين النهائيين على تشغيل المعدات.
- القدرة على تحديد أولويات المهام وإدارة جداول الخدمة الميدانية والعمل بشكل مستقل في بيئة هجينة عبر عدة مواقع.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الطبية الحيوية أو تخصص قريب؛ الشهادات المهنية في صيانة المعدات الطبية ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة سابقة في مستشفى أو موزع أجهزة طبية أو شركة تقنية رعاية صحية في المملكة العربية السعودية أو المنطقة مفضلة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Saudi Arabia, with a combination of on-site work at healthcare facilities and some work-from-home flexibility. The Biomedical Engineer will support the installation, commissioning, testing, and preventive maintenance of medical equipment across hospitals and clinics. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, performing corrective repairs, and ensuring equipment safety and compliance with relevant standards. The Biomedical Engineer will collaborate with clinical staff and vendors, provide user training and technical guidance, and document all service activities accurately. The position also includes assisting in equipment evaluation, supporting sales and demonstrations from a technical perspective, and contributing to continuous improvement of service processes.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of biomedical engineering principles, medical device functionality, and hospital equipment workflows.
- Experience with installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of devices such as ventilators, monitors, defibrillators, anaesthesia machines, imaging and respiratory equipment.
- Familiarity with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards for medical devices, and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, service reporting, and use of diagnostic tools and test equipment.
- Effective communication skills to work with clinical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders, including training end users on equipment operation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage field service schedules, and work independently in a hybrid environment across multiple sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related discipline; professional certifications in medical equipment maintenance are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a hospital, medical device distributor, or healthcare technology company in Saudi Arabia or the region is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.
