Are you ready to take on a key role in driving the performance, efficiency, and reliability of power and water plants? We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Engineer to join our Operations team.

🔑 What You’ll Do

As a Senior Performance Engineer, you will:

• Monitor daily operations and ensure plant performance is within defined parameters.
• Analyse and report on plant efficiency, availability, and performance KPIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, recommend improvements, and support root cause analyses.
• Oversee inspections, preventive/corrective maintenance, and performance audits.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, supporting a safe and efficient workplace.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, HSE, and Finance teams to optimise outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support integrated management systems.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience: 8-10 years in process/performance engineering within power generation and water desalination plants, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems.
• Familiarity with PV, BESS, Internal Combustion Engines, SWRO, sewage treatment, district cooling, and solid waste management (a plus).
• Proficiency in SAP, CMMS, downtime analysis, and performance metrics.
• Skills: Strong planning, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
