Job Summary

The Showroom Salesman is responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and driving sales in the showroom. They maintain a clean, organized space, manage stock levels, and handle customer transactions.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently meeting or exceeding set sales goals, ensuring sales targets are achieved through excellent customer service.
2. Providing exceptional service to showroom customers by assisting with product selection, answering inquiries, and offering product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
3. Maintaining an organized and visually appealing showroom by ensuring that products are displayed neatly and accessible. Regularly checking stock levels and re-arranging products as necessary to optimize the showroom layout.
4. Ensuring that all display units are correctly priced and labeled in accordance with company standards.
5. Actively engaging with customers who have made inquiries or purchases in the past. Following up to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage repeat business.
6. Accurately compiling and submitting daily reports on sales, customer interactions, stock updates, and any other relevant showroom activities.
7. Collaborating effectively with fellow team members to ensure smooth showroom operations, shared responsibility for meeting sales goals, and maintaining a positive, supportive work environment.
8. Using the Point of Sale (POS) system to issue accurate invoices for customers, ensuring timely and error-free transactions.
9. Delivering sales invoices and transaction receipts to the showroom supervisor.
10. Upholding a professional appearance by wearing the designated uniform, maintaining personal grooming, and ensuring the showroom is presented in a neat and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education Required

• Minimum of high school degree.
