نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية تركيب وتكوين وصيانة أنظمة تقنية المعلومات والشبكات والأجهزة والبرمجيات لمطاعم مكدونالدز الجديدة. يشمل العمل تشخيص المشكلات التقنية والتنسيق مع الموردين وإعداد الاتصالات (هواتف، فاكس، إنترنت) وضمان سير الأنظمة بسلاسة. كما تشمل المهام إعداد التقارير الدورية وتقديم الدعم للمستخدمين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تركيب وتكوين وصيانة أنظمة تقنية المعلومات والشبكات والأجهزة والبرمجيات للمطاعم الجديدة.
- تحديد المشكلات التقنية العاجلة ورفعها إلى الفرق المختصة.
- التواصل مع المستخدمين وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بتقنية المعلومات بكفاءة.
- تشخيص أعطال الأجهزة وإجراء الإصلاحات البسيطة والتنسيق مع الموردين للصيانة.
- إعداد الهواتف وأجهزة الفاكس واتصالات الإنترنت لموظفي المطعم.
- الرد على الاستفسارات الفنية من المستخدمين بخصوص أنظمة المطاعم الجديدة.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير تحديث الأنظمة والأجهزة إلى فريق دعم المطاعم الرئيسي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في مجال ذي صلة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة تشغيل مايكروسوفت والأجهزة والبرمجيات.
- مهارات تحليلية.
- مهارات تواصل.
- مهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
- مهارات حل المشكلات.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (ميزة إضافية).

About the Role
Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems, networks, and hardware/software for new McDonald’s stores. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with vendors, setting up connectivity (phones, fax, internet), and ensuring systems run smoothly. Regular reporting and user support are key parts of the role.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, networks, and hardware/software for new stores.
- Identify and escalate urgent technical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Communicate with users and resolve IT-related problems efficiently.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, perform minor repairs, and coordinate vendor maintenance.
- Set up phones, fax machines, and internet connections for store staff.
- Respond to technical questions from users regarding new store systems.
- Prepare and submit system and hardware update reports to Senior Store Support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1 to 2 years experience in a related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, hardware, and software
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field

- Bilingual in Arabic and English is plus
