المهام والمسؤوليات

  • صيانة وفهم بيانات المبيعات على مستويات مختلفة (العلامات التجارية، العلامات الفرعية، SKUs، المتغيرات، الأحجام، قنوات التوزيع، مجموعات الطلب ومواقع الطلب).
  • جمع المعلومات وتوثيق الافتراضات بناءً على البيانات التاريخية وذكاء الأعمال المستمد من المبيعات والتسويق والمالية وتجار التجزئة وغيرها من المصادر.
  • إنتاج خطة طلب أساسية غير مقيدة باستخدام النمذجة الإحصائية بالتعاون مع فريق التخطيط المركزي.
  • صيانة والتحقق من صحة افتراضات تقويم الأنشطة وكتل بناء التنبؤ بالأحداث.
  • تسهيل أجزاء من عملية S&OP للوصول إلى توافق وتوازن مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة، وممارسة مفاهيم IBP.
  • تحليل الفجوات (المالية، القدرات، المخزون إلخ) من الخطط القائمة على الوحدات لدفع التوافق بين وظائف الأعمال.
  • قياس وتتبع دقة التنبؤ على مستويات مختلفة وبدء خطط عمل لتحسين دقة التنبؤ باستمرار.
  • إدارة مجموعة من العلامات التجارية، والحفاظ على قيادة دعم عملية S&OP بضمان تضمين رؤى السوق المحلية في التنبؤ.
  • العمل مع الفريق الطبي لتحديد وإدارة والتواصل حول حالات الطوارئ في التوريد لجميع أصحاب المصلحة خارج الأفق المجمد، والتعاون مع مخططي التوريد الإقليميين لتعيين الأولوية المناسبة وخطة العمل لتقليل مخاطر التوريد.
  • العمل مع فريق الشؤون التنظيمية لتجنب وتقليل المخاطر المرتبطة بانتقال MDD-MDR في الشرق الأوسط، والتنسيق مع التخطيط الإقليمي وفريق مشروع MDR والتسويق المحلي والتجاري للتحقق من صحة التنبؤ لضمان بناء مخزون كافٍ خلال فترة الحظر.
  • إجراء تحليل مخاطر SLOB وبدء خطط عمل مع فريق التسويق/التجاري للحفاظ على مخصصات SLOB عند الحد الأدنى.
  • الملكية المحلية لإدارة مشاريع NPI من وجهة نظر سلسلة التوريد، بالتعاون مع مخططي التوريد الإقليميين والشؤون التنظيمية والتسويق والتجاري والعمليات لضمان إطلاق NPI في الوقت المحدد.
  • إدارة تغييرات Phase In Phase Out (PIPO) على مستوى SKU والتواصل مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة.
  • التعاون مع حوكمة البيانات لضمان إنشاء رموز المنتجات في النظام في الوقت المناسب.
  • المسؤولية عن التنبؤ بجميع متطلبات CAPEX بعد التوافق مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين (التسويق، المبيعات، المالية، التخطيط الإقليمي).
  • التعاون مع التخطيط الإقليمي وخدمة العملاء للتخصيص الكامل لمجموعات الأدوات.
  • التعاون مع فرق التوصيل المحلية والمصدر وCS لضمان الوفاء الكامل، ومراجعة أوامر BO وتنفيذها في أقرب وقت ممكن.
  • تحقيق تدابير الكفاءة في عمليات سلسلة التوريد في المحفظة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة جامعية في الهندسة، إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.
  • دورات في سلسلة التوريد/اللوجستيات.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في سلسلة التوريد.
  • خبرة عملية في تخطيط الطلب، تخطيط التوريد وS&OP.
  • خبرة سابقة في ERP و IBP أو مؤهل في ذلك.
  • خبرة في العمل مع البيانات الكمية والنوعية وإنشاء التقارير.
  • خبرة متقدمة في Excel ومهارات في Word وPowerPoint.
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
  • روح الملكية: بادئ ذاتي، موجه نحو النتائج وذو دافعية ذاتية.
  • تواصل بسيط وحاد: مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي، والعمل كرادار للمخاطر/الفرص.

Job Description

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Forecasting and S&OP Management:
    • Maintain and understand the sales data at different aggregation levels (Brands, Sub-brands, SKUs, variants, sizes, Distribution channels, demand groups and demand locations).
    • Gather information and document assumptions based on historical data, business intelligence gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailers, and other sources.
    • Produce unconstrained base demand plan utilizing statistical modelling in collaboration with Central planning team.
    • Maintain & validate assumptions of activities calendar and events forecasting building blocks.
    • Facilitate parts of the S&OP process to gain consensus and alignment with all stakeholders involved in the process to arrive at one unbiased aligned number, practicing the IBP concepts.
    • Analyses gaps (financials, capacities, inventory etc.) from unit-based plans to drive alignment between business functions.
    • Measure and track the forecast accuracy at different levels and initiate action plans to continuously improve forecast accuracy.
    • Manage a group of brands, maintain the lead in supporting the S&OP process by ensuring the local market insights are captured in forecasy
    • Risk management and Inventory Health:
    • Work with the Medical team to identify, manage and communicate supply criticalities to all stakeholders outside the frozen horizon. Collaborates with the regional supply planners to assign the right priority and action plan to minimize such supply risks.
    • Work with the Regulatory Affairs team to avoid and minimize the risk associated with MDD-MDR Transition in the Middle East. Coordinate with regional planning, MDR project team, local marketing and commercial on forecast validation to ensure enough stock build during blackout period.
    • Performs SLOB risk analysis and initiate action plans with marketing/commercial team to keep SLOB provisions at minimum level.
    • New Products Introduction:
    • Locally own NPI project management from supply chain point of view, collaborating with regional supply planners, regulatory, marketing, commercial and operations team to ensure successful on time NPI launch.
    • Manage Phase in Phase Out (PIPO) changes at SKU level and communicate changes to all stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with Data Governance to ensure product codes are created in the system at the right time.
    • E2E SC Management for DPS CAPEX Instruments:
    • Responsible for forecasting all CAPEX requirements post alignment with all key stakeholders ( Marketing, Sales, Finance, Regional Planning)
    • Collaborate with regional planning and customer service for full allocation of instrument sets.
    • Collaborate with local and source deliver and CS teams to ensure complete fulfillments,
    • Ensure BO are regularly reviewed and executed as early as possible
    • Bring efficiency measures in SC operations in the portfolio.

    Professional And Personal Qualifications

    • University degree in Engineering, Business Management, or similar
    • Courses in Supply Chain/Logistics
    • At least 3 years’ experience, in Supply Chain
    • Hands on experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning and S&OP
    • Prior ERP experience and IBP experience or qualification
    • Experience working with quantitative & qualitative data and creating reports
    • Expertise in Excel and skilled in Word and Power Point
    • Fluency in English and Arabic language
