شركة JD.COM (قسم اللوجستيات جينغدونغ) تعلن عن وظيفة "وكيل تخليص جمركي" في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. نحن مزود رائد لحلول سلسلة التوريد والخدمات اللوجستية القائمة على التكنولوجيا، ونبحث عن متخصص في العمليات الجمركية للانضمام إلى فريقنا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عمليات التخليص الجمركي للشحنات المستوردة والمصدرة في المملكة العربية السعودية، وضمان الإعلان والإفراج الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب وبما يتوافق مع الأنظمة.
- التعامل اليومي مع المنصات الجمركية مثل Fasah و Bayan، بما في ذلك تقديم الإعلانات، تتبع حالة الشحنات، حساب الرسوم والضرائب، وإدارة الإفراج.
- مراجعة المستندات الجمركية ومعلوماتها (الفواتير التجارية، قوائم التعبئة، رموز النظام المنسق HS، القيمة المصرح بها، بلد المنشأ) لضمان الدقة والاكتمال.
- التنسيق والمتابعة للحصول على الموافقات التنظيمية ذات الصلة عبر منصات SABER و SFDA و CITC و GACA وغيرها من المنصات الحكومية حسب الحاجة.
- معالجة مشكلات التخليص الجمركي (الفحص الجمركي، المستندات المفقودة، تناقضات الإعلان، تعليق الشحنات، وغيرها من الاستثناءات) وضمان الحل والإغلاق في الوقت المناسب.
- التعاون مع أقسام المبيعات والعمليات والمستودعات والنقل والمالية والعملاء وغيرهم من أصحاب المصلحة لحل المشكلات الجمركية ودعم العمليات التجارية.
- مراقبة التحديثات على اللوائح الجمركية السعودية والمتطلبات الحكومية ذات الصلة، وتحديد مخاطر الامتثال المحتملة، وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.
- تتبع بيانات العمليات الجمركية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، والمشاركة في مبادرات تحسين العمليات لتعزيز كفاءة التخليص. أداء مهام أخرى متعلقة بالعمليات الجمركية يكلف بها من قبل الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات، التجارة الدولية، سلسلة التوريد، الجمارك، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الجمارك السعودية، التخليص الجمركي، الشحن، التوصيل السريع، الخدمات اللوجستية، أو عمليات الطرف الثالث اللوجستي (3PL).
- معرفة متينة بإجراءات التخليص الجمركي السعودي، مع خبرة عملية في استخدام Fasah و Bayan.
- فهم جيد لرموز النظام المنسق (HS Codes) في السعودية ودول الخليج، والإعلانات الجمركية، والرسوم/الضرائب، والمتطلبات التنظيمية ذات الصلة.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، ومعالجة الاستثناءات، والتواصل، والتنسيق بين الوظائف المختلفة.
- مهارات جيدة في معالجة البيانات وبرنامج Excel، مع وعي قوي بتحسين العمليات.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات التواصل باللغة العربية مفضلة.
- شهادة أو تدريب من ZATCA/Fasah أو SABER/SASO يعتبر ميزة إضافية.

About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customs operations and clearance processes for KSA import and export shipments, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant declaration and release.
- Handle daily operations on customs platforms such as Fasah and Bayan, including declaration submission, shipment status tracking, duty/tax calculation, and release management.
- Review customs documents and information, including commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, declared value, and country of origin, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate and follow up on relevant regulatory approvals through SABER, SFDA, CITC, GACA, and other government platforms as required.
- Handle customs clearance issues, including customs inspections, missing documents, declaration discrepancies, shipment holds, and other exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Transportation, Finance, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve customs-related issues and support business operations.
- Monitor updates to KSA customs regulations and relevant government requirements, identify potential compliance risks, and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
- Track customs operational data and key performance indicators, and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance clearance efficiency. Perform other customs operations-related duties assigned by management.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Customs, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in KSA customs, customs clearance, freight forwarding, express delivery, logistics, or 3PL operations.
- Solid knowledge of KSA customs clearance procedures, with hands-on experience using Fasah and Bayan.
- Good understanding of KSA/GCC HS Codes, customs declarations, duties/taxes, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, exception-handling, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Good data processing and Excel skills, with a strong awareness of process improvement.
- Fluent in English; Arabic communication skills are preferred. ZATCA/Fasah or SABER/SASO-related training or certification is preferred.
