انضم إلى مهمة CrowdStrike لوقف الاختراقات كمستشار تقني موثوق للشركاء الاستراتيجيين في المملكة العربية السعودية والشرق الأوسط. تبحث CrowdStrike، الشركة الرائدة عالمياً في الأمن السيبراني، عن **مهندس حلول القنوات (عن بعد)** في **المنطقة الشرقية** للعمل مع شركاء تقنيين رائدين وجهات تكامل أنظمة في المملكة، ودعم أهداف التحول الأمني ضمن رؤية السعودية 2030.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات عميقة وموثوقة مع فرق القيادة التقنية والمبيعات للشركاء في المملكة، في مجالات Endpoint، Identity، AIDR، حماية البيانات و NG-SIEM.
- تصميم وهندسة خدمات أمنية مع الشركاء والموزعين المحليين باستخدام منصة CrowdStrike Falcon لتلبية احتياجات السوق السعودي والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط تمكين طويلة الأجل تدعم مبادرات الشركاء للتوجه إلى السوق، مع عقلية تدريب المدربين والتركيز على بناء القدرات التقنية المحلية.
- قيادة استراتيجية اعتماد المنصة، ومساعدة الشركاء في بناء عروض أمنية شاملة ومتميزة لعملائهم.
- تمكين الشركاء من دمج منصة Falcon ضمن محافظ الخدمات المُدارة لديهم، ودعم أطر الامتثال المحلية مثل NCA.
- دعم استراتيجية التوجه إلى السوق التقنية والنمو مع الشركاء المستهدفين في المملكة، وتعزيز علاقات العمل اليومية مع فرق الشركاء.
- إنشاء وتقديم برامج تدريب تقنية تمكن الشركاء من عرض ونشر ودعم حلول CrowdStrike.
- قيادة الشركاء نحو الاكتفاء الذاتي التقني في تقديم الخدمات وتنفيذ المنصة.
- تمكين الشركاء من أفضل ممارسات POC/POV وتقديم إرشادات حول التمركز التنافسي ضد البائعين الرئيسيين في السوق السعودي.
- المشاركة في المراجعات الربعية للاعمال وجلسات التخطيط التقني مع قيادة الشركاء.
- قيادة برامج الشركاء التقنية مثل Falcon Champions، وتحديد ورعاية أبطال الشركاء المحليين.
- العمل كجسر أساسي بين الشركاء في المملكة وفرق CrowdStrike التقنية والمنتجات الداخلية، وضمان سماع ملاحظات الشركاء والتصرف بناءً عليها.
- تمثيل CrowdStrike كصوت تقني موثوق في الفعاليات المحلية وقمم الشركاء ومؤتمرات الأمن السيبراني في المملكة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سجل مثبت (8+ سنوات) في الاستشارات التقنية أو هندسة الحلول أو ما قبل البيع التقني داخل سوق الأمن السيبراني في المملكة أو منطقة الخليج الأوسع.
- قدرة مثبتة على بناء واستدامة علاقات طويلة الأمد مع الشركاء وموزعي التكامل والعملاء على جميع المستويات - من الممارسين التقنيين إلى أصحاب القرار C-Suite.
- فهم عميق للمشهد الأمني السعودي، بما في ذلك الوعي بلوائح NCA ومبادرات التحول الرقمي لرؤية 2030 وديناميكيات السوق المحلية.
- خبرة في تصميم وتنفيذ حلول أمنية على مستوى المؤسسات داخل المنطقة.
- معرفة عملية بحلول SIEM/XDR وعمليات SOC، مع القدرة على إيصال القيمة لجمهور تقني وتجاري.
- خبرة تقنية في حماية نقاط النهاية وإدارة الهوية وعمليات الأمن.
- ذكاء تنافسي قوي مع القدرة على وضع منصة CrowdStrike Falcon كحل مفضل في السوق السعودي.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with partner technical and sales leadership teams across KSA, spanning Endpoint, Identity, AIDR, Data Protection & NG-SIEM
- Architect and design security services with local partners and distributors, leveraging CrowdStrike's Falcon platform capabilities to address the KSA market's specific needs and regulatory requirements
- Develop and execute long-term enablement plans supporting partner go-to-market initiatives, with a train-the-trainer mindset and a focus on building local technical capability
- Drive platform adoption strategy, helping KSA partners build comprehensive and differentiated security offerings for their customers
- Enable partners in embedding the Falcon Platform within their managed services portfolios, supporting NCA and other local compliance frameworks
- Support technical GTM strategy and growth with assigned KSA focus partners, fostering strong day-to-day working relationships with partner teams
- Create and deliver technical training programs enabling partners to demo, deploy, and support CrowdStrike solutions
- Lead partners to achieve technical self-sufficiency in service delivery and platform implementation
- Enable partners on POC/POV best practices and provide competitive positioning guidance against key vendors in the KSA market
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and technical planning sessions with partner leadership
- Drive technical partner programs including Falcon Champions, identifying and nurturing local partner champions

- Proven track record (8+ years) in Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture or Technical Presales within the KSA or broader GCC cybersecurity market
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with partners, system integrators, and customers at all levels - from technical practitioners to C-suite stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the KSA cybersecurity landscape, including awareness of NCA regulations, Vision 2030 digital transformation initiatives, and local market dynamics
- Experience in designing and implementing security solutions at enterprise scale within the region
- Working knowledge of SIEM/XDR solutions and SOC operations, with the ability to articulate value to both technical and business audiences
- Technical expertise in endpoint protection, identity management, and security operations
