Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Dammam. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in transportation and logistics, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role involves coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely handling of client requests. The Sales Officer will also monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receiving and inspecting goods and products to ensure their safety and conformity to specifications and purchase invoices.

Organizing and arranging products within the warehouse in a secure and easily accessible manner.

Recording and updating inventory entry and exit movements in the management system (ERP/Excel).

Monitoring inventory levels and conducting periodic and annual inventory counts.

Preparing and processing orders for loading or shipping according to issued orders.

Enforcing occupational health, safety, and hygiene standards within the warehouse.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

A minimum of [number] years of experience in warehouse and inventory management.

Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP systems) and MS Office applications.
