A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end management of complex, high-value projects within the O&G and energy sector, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve meticulous planning, execution, and delivery of projects, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and leading cross-functional teams to drive project success.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Long-Term Partnership (LTP) projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Monitor project performance using key metrics, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing robust mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
• Mentor and support junior project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field with over 10 years of experience in project management, focusing on long-term projects in the energy sector or a related industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion, preferably within the energy or related industrial sector.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring junior members.
• Exceptional communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
