نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نبحث عن متدرب مالي متحمس لدعم فريق المالية في التحليل المالي وذكاء الأعمال. يوفر هذا الدور خبرة عملية مع قادة المبيعات والمالية والعمليات لتطوير رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ تعزز أداء الأعمال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق مع فريق BPO لمعالجة القيود المحاسبية اليومية في نظام SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- إدارة مدفوعات فاتورة GOSI وإجراء تسويات الحسابات الدورية.
- متابعة مدفوعات العملاء والتنسيق لأنشطة دفع الموردين.
- دعم إنشاء وصيانة البيانات الأساسية للعملاء والموردين.
- إجراء محاسبة الرواتب والتسويات ذات الصلة.
- إعداد توقعات المبيعات ومراقبة سجل الطلبات المفتوحة لدعم تخطيط الأعمال.
- التنسيق مع العملاء وفريق خدمة العملاء لتقديم الدعم التشغيلي لفريق المبيعات.
- التعاون مع فريق المشتريات لإنشاء أوامر الشراء بناءً على متطلبات الشراء.
- المساهمة في تطوير لوحات المعلومات على المستوى التنفيذي وأدوات إعداد تقارير الأداء لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع كبار المتخصصين في المالية، واكتساب خبرة عملية في العمليات المالية وعمليات اتخاذ القرارات الحيوية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الدراسة في مجال المالية، إدارة الأعمال، الاقتصاد أو مؤهل مماثل مع نتائج أكاديمية جيدة إلى ممتازة.
- إجادة استخدام MS Office، وخاصة Excel؛ معرفة أساسية بـ SAP وخبرة عملية من خلال تدريبات سابقة.
- الشخصية: متحمس، تحليلي، موثوق، ميول للأرقام، لاعب فريق.
- الحماس للعلاقات الاقتصادية والعمل مع الأرقام.
- اللغة الإنجليزية (B2)، واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- هذه الفرصة مخصصة للسعوديين فقط وتهدف لدعم تطوير المواهب المحلية.
- يشترط أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً حديثاً على درجة البكالوريوس.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Finance Intern to support the Finance team with financial analysis and business intelligence. This role offers hands-on experience working with sales, finance, and operations leaders to develop actionable insights that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the BPO team to process day-to-day accounting entries in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.
- Manage GOSI bill payments and perform regular account reconciliations.
- Follow up on customer payments and coordinate supplier payment activities.
- Support the creation and maintenance of customer and vendor master data.
- Perform payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monitor the open order book to support business planning.
- Coordinate with customers and the customer service team to provide operational support to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to create purchase orders (POs) based on purchasing requirements.
- Contribute to the development of executive-level dashboards and performance reporting tools to support management decision-making.
- Work closely with senior finance professionals, gaining hands-on experience in financial operations and business-critical decision-making processes.
- Practical experience in Finance and Controlling within an international business environment.
- Exposure to global business operations and commercial performance management.
- Hands-on involvement in reporting, forecasting, and business analysis.

- Experience and Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; basic knowledge of SAP and practical experience through other internships
- Personality and Working Practice: Motivated, Analytical, Reliable, Affinity for numbers, Team Player
- Enthusiasm: An enthusiasm for economic relationships and working with numbers
- Languages: English (B2), Arabic is an advantage.
