تعلن شركة SAWAB الصناعية عن توفر وظيفة مهندس مبيعات تقني متخصص في المضخات الصناعية وأنظمة التحكم في السوائل، للعمل ميدانياً بدوام كامل في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير قاعدة عملاء جديدة عبر القطاعات الصناعية في المملكة العربية السعودية
- تقديم استشارات فنية حول اختيار المضخات وتصميم الأنظمة
- زيارة المصانع والتواصل مع مدراء المشتريات والمهندسين
- إعداد عروض الأسعار الفنية ومقترحات الأنظمة المتكاملة
- إدارة دورة البيع الكاملة بدءاً من البحث عن العملاء وحتى إغلاق الصفقات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة هندسية في الميكانيكا أو الكيمياء أو تخصص ذي صلة
- خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في مبيعات المعدات الصناعية أو صيانة المصانع
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة
- فضول تقني حقيقي وأسلوب استشاري في التعامل مع العملاء
- القدرة على زيارة المصانع ومواقع الإنشاءات
- دافع ذاتي، منظم، وقادر على إدارة المنطقة بشكل مستقل
- رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية مع الاستعداد للسفر إلى المواقع الصناعية
- (يفضل) خبرة سابقة في المضخات/الصمامات، أو خلفية في معالجة المياه أو المصانع الكيماوية، أو علاقات قائمة مع جهات المشتريات الصناعية في السعودية

🔧 HIRING: Technical Sales Engineer - Industrial Pumps & Fluid Control
📍 Saudi Arabia | Field-Based | Full-Time
SAWAB Industrial is growing and we're looking for a technically sharp sales engineer to join our team.
We sell premium Italian and American industrial equipment - AODD pumps and chemical feed accessories - to water treatment facilities, industrial plants, EPC contractors, and food processing operations across Saudi Arabia.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
▶ Develop new customers across industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia
▶ Provide technical consultation on pump selection and system design
▶ Visit plants and present to procurement managers and engineers
▶ Prepare technical quotations and complete system proposals
▶ Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✦ Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, or related)
✦ 3-7 years in industrial equipment sales OR plant maintenance
✦ Fluent Arabic and English
✦ Genuine technical curiosity and consultative approach
✦ Comfortable visiting industrial plants and construction sites
✦ Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage territory independently
✦ Valid Saudi driving license, willing to travel to industrial sites
Bonus if you have: Experience with pumps/valves, water treatment or chemical plant background, or existing relationships with industrial procurement contacts in Saudi Arabia.
